I am buying a condo in Northern NJ (Morristown) and need to replace the furnace as the heating element has failed.

All of the duct work is there already (furnace was in the attic directly over the condo).

The condo is a little less than 700 sq ft and built in 1990.

So the questions are, what unit would I need to purchase and how much would the installation cost.?

So I am shopping for a wireless router for around $70 and these two routers seem to be the best. Please let me know which is better, if you have any experience with either one? Or if you could recommend one that is better than either of these in the same price range.

I am building a bookcase headboard that will fit directly into a cove between 2 walls. The headboard will look similar to this http://www.onewayfurniture.com/ppc-xsh-8445.html and will be black as well.

I was wondering if I should construct (sand, nail, glue, screw) all of the peices together first, and then paint it. Or if I should paint each peice seperately then construct it and then top it off with another layer of paint.

I think I am going to be using a water based indoor paint. and the wood is pine ( if those details help at all)

Any help on this will be great.

Ok so I got these white linen pants as a gift. I'm a 24 year old guy that is in shape so i could really wear anything. And am not too sure what to wear with them. I have tried to send it numerous times. Sent it in WMV format. It works on my friends phones (not the same phone but still verizon). Converting the file to a .3gp wont even work. So what is it that I have to do to be able to email myself this video?

2 days ago I got a small piece of glass in my foot (just a sliver) .Its right on the ball of my feet so I am always walking on it, this area is also VERY caloused. It is not protruding through the outside of my skin so i cant see it or take it out like that. The area isnt red yet, but it is quite painful. How can I get it out?
