I was adopted at birth, I am now 25 and have a child of my own and I want to find my birth parents. I don't really know where to start...I was born in San Diego, CA. My adoptive parents dont seem real interested in helping me too much, which I understand, but I have known I was adopted since I can remember, and my birth mother was in contact with me off and on till I was about 7. So i know where I was born, when etc. I know my birth mothers first name for sure...I just don't know excatly how they went about the adoption process or where to start looking. The story I have been told was that my dad (adoptive) had a good friend, whose girl friend's daughter got pregnant at 14, was not able to keep me etc. I have been told that my birth mother filed a birth certificate for me right away, but my adoptive parents changed my name, Im not sure exactly when. If there really was a birth certificate for me that had the name my birth mother gave me, would it still exist or would it have been destroyed when I was adopted etc? And how do I go about finding my birth poarents?

My partner and I are looking to use a sperm bank and have a child. Im looking for anyone who has had personal experience or knows someone who has gotten sperm from a bank in california and which one they used and if they had a good experience and any other information I can get. Thank u!

All of a sudden my cat has this lump on the under side of her lower jaw. I just noticed it last night. Its not hard and it doesn't seem to bother her when I touch it and she is not acting any different. Anyone have any ideas what it could be? I was looking around and I found something that said it could be a "rodent ulcer" or a "eosinophilic ulcer" anyone know anything about either of those? Any thing would help! Thanks.

I had my last period on 10/20/08 and then I was supposed to start again on 11/16...I took a pregnancy test on 11/20...it was positive...COULD I REALLY BE PREGNANT?!?!?!?lol
