the other day i fell off a swing and got my finger caught in the chain ...

this guy who was a trained first aider looked at it ,

and said it was just sprained , and that i should splint it ,

so i iced it a ton , and now i have it splinted ,

is there any certain way that it should be splinted ?

what`s the most common thing to be allergic to in hair dyes?

Every morning for the last few days i`ve been waking up with a really bad headache!

it hurts every time i stand up and move my head

and then anytime i bend over it feels like my head is going to explode, literally!

It goes away mid afternoon, though around like 9pm-ish it starts to come backk though not as badd...

what do you think it is?

could it be serious?

Everyday i straighten my hair

and my hair is very healthy though very thin

i have a good straightener though my hair never stays straight all day

one of my best friends died over a year ago in a house fire, and anytime i think about her i start to cry

all my friends seem to be fine with thinking about her, they don`t care at all, it doesn`t seem to phaze them one little bit, it`s just me...

am i like crazy? or is this normal?

what kind of pain/symptoms would you have for doctors to consider knee surgery? (of the meniscus)

okaii well over a month ago(like feburary) i hurt my knee somehow while playing soccer... i didn`t twist it weird or anything... i just was running and it started to hurt real bad...

when i went to the doctor they sent me to physio(which is only making it worse) and they said it was either that i damaged my cartilage or my knee cap is loose... it hurts on the left hand side of my knee... right in the middle area... and it hurts when i push my kneecap inwards but not outwards... i haven`t been able to walk on it for 2 weeks since i tried to play soccer again...

i have a specialist appointement soon... and then i have to go get an mri... but i was just wondering... for either damaging the cartilage, or if the knee cap is loose, what do they do? will have to get like surgery?

getting my braces changed today, and was wondering what kind of colour I should get. I've had, light blue and bright green before and right now I have purple, and they all look good. But any other suggestions?

okai for all of you who don't know, a navel piercing is a belly button piercing... well I'm thinking about getting a navel piercing, but is there like anything I should know? does it get infected really easily? also does it hurt alot? is there anything else I should know?
