Well I worked at this job for 2 years and what happen was for the last two months I worked they had been firing over 13 employees for all random reasons. Then my general manager looked at everyone old write ups from 1 2 3 or 4 years ago saying that everyone had way too many write ups and that one more can get you terminated which to me isnt fair because the last 2 years I worked for them they had never done that before at all like never until this year. Like all employees, supervisors, and manager were at risk of being fired because of the write ups we had over the years. So i was trying super hard to be careful on not getting anymore write ups until I was told three days that I was short on my drawer and that my performances went to the people higher then my general manager. So two weeks later I got fired along with three other employees for the same reason which is complete bullshit because if they would of told of us the consequences for getting too many write ups years ago then I would of still be working there right now if that was the case. But I filed my unemployment and told them what happen and then I was receiving all of my benefits from them. Then come to find out that the benefits I'm receiving from Unemployment is also effecting my former employer. So am I a jerk for this or no?

I worked at this job for two years and hear is the story. I was trying so hard not to get anymore write ups and then I got one for being short on my drawer (even though this information was told to me three days later and they didn't even give me the amount that I was)and that all of my information got sent to the people higher than my former general manger. Then two weeks later I wasn't scheduled at all and I called to ask them then I was told come in tomorrow and then the next day they sent me to the office and told me that I was fired on the spot. My full opinion is that my managers told me that it was only mandatory that I shouldn't worry about it everyone gets written up as long as its not an everyday thing and i took that advice and it screwed me over completely. They also fired over 15 people in over 2 months. So what ya think about this?

I'll give my very own opinions about how I notice that the people of Terminus were a bunch of cannibals. For starters they seemed way too nice while in a zombie apocalypses where as you would have to be very aware of both walkers and certain human beings who could possibly rape, rob, or kill you with a instant. Secondly there were only a very few people there in Terminus and you would think that they would have over 1000 survivors there instead of only 18 people. Third wtf meat they were cooking because no sort of animals available until i thought about carefully and was like oh their cannibals. The last thing we didn't see the rest of Rick's group except all of their belongings that were taking from them, and they were finally reunited once again which is a very good thing. I just gave you my own opinion what about yours. How did ya figured out they were cannibals living in Terminus?

I worked AMC Theaters for two years and i got fired because of my 1 or 2 year old bad write ups which was completly unfair. I have never called in but once, never been a no call no show, and never pulled any bullshit at work. I try to make an effort to show up to all of my meetings and all of my shifts. My former general manager fired over 20 employees so far. So I thought about applying at another AMC across town. So do you think thats gonna work or not?

The only reason I'm asking is I work for this company for 2 years and I upsell on everything they had me selling at the job which helped making them over $7,000 a year, and I have never missed a day at work, came to work no matters what my situation was, and i'm always taking crap from my General Manager every single day. Now the reason why i wanted to report is that I feel like she isn't fair with every employee and like i follow the rules everyday and yet I'm one the few people who she yells at the most and the fact that I had a coworker who got away with 6 no calls no shows and yet the bad write up you get was suppose to be erased for 3 month period but instead like i included certain employees got there write ups pulled up and it was explained to us that we can get terminated for our last years right ups wish is BS because now its like she is trying to find a good excuse to fire people just so half of us wouldn't get promoted and the fact that she sometimes always shows favorites toward certain employees and the fact that I'm one of the few who gets yelled at the most. Like its not fair that the employees that are managers don't have to worry about their write ups but employees are more at risk of getting fired than any other managers included general managers and i bet they have more bad write ups then i do at anything. Like she started this crap this following year and like last year she never pulled this crap off at all. So should i report her or not?

Well i had this scar for seven years now and I had no surgery nor did i ever stitched it in at all. well like one of my coworker had told me that he was training someone on job, and while working the trainee had asked him if he can borrow some money for some condoms, and after hearig this i was like wtf and i started laughing and i thought that was wierd, but then i remember the same coworker askin for money to get condoms i remember he was stalking one our female coworker throughout his shift and even when she was on her break he was stalking her while he was still on the clock and i was pissed at him because he completely left me to take care of everything all by myself, plus its a bit creepy for him to be doing that and now i need to keep an close eye on him in case nothing goes further than that. so what do you guys think of this?

I was wondering because I was just hired a few days ago and I just wanted to know if anybody here still goes to AMC Theater's and I'm hoping they do because I would hate to not be able to get paid good enough because I live in Springfield, IL so is it still popular or do any of you go a lot, or does any one of you work at AMC?
