So as embarrassed as I am to say this, but I've been on and off with brushing my teeth. Last week I brushed them 2x and the week before 1x. Yes, I know, very gross. But now I'm going to brush them 2x a day. My gums are a bit inflamed, when my tongue came across a part of my teeth, I thought there was food in it so I kept pickign at it, But it was a part of the gums. With a toothpick I accidetally picked underneath the gums and tooth. Then it started to bleed. Will this heal on its own if I brush my teeth 2x a day? How long will it take for my teeth to go back to good healthy condition? I have braces fyi

So I've never really worn those high socks with shorts before. I'm kinda worried, because with it being a new style for me to wear, I'm worried people will judge me and be like "Why are you dressing like that?" and I won't know what to say. Any suggestions? Also, is there a certain leg type a guy should have when wearing them? I have kinda hairy legs (well, from my perspective they look hairy, but when I look in the mirror its barely visible, which do I believe?), will I still look good wearing them?

*Incase you don't know what I'm talking about. I'm talking about those half leg socks that go up half w y between your foot and your knee. most teenage guys are wearing them now. The style is usually Nike or something along those lines, they're usually black.

*I will also be wearing a pair of Jordans with the socks and shorts.

So I feel insecure about me and my friends friendship. She a girl is 16 and I a guy is 17.

Idk why I feel so insecure, she always has to have her girlfriend with us whenever we hangout. But last birthday she made me a cake homemade with homemade fondant which I found heart warming, I'm just worried that she won't do anything for my birthday when I turn 18. Since the beginning of the year we've hung out a lot more, but we've known each other for like 5-7 years. Before that we never hung out now we do. Now we will maybe be "workout buddies" where it's just us exercising together.

But when I get older I will have to have a life saving lung transplant (due to CF). When this one kid got hurt he got a bunch if fb stuff that his friends wrote asking their friends to pray for him. But when my surgery comes (in like 29 years) how will I know my friend would write something? It worries me, what if she doesn't say anything or really even care? How can we stay friends in the future, that's also what I'm worried about? She said of course well be friends, and then she later said after back and forth text conversation, that you could stay at my house. Which really made me feel better but I'm still worried :/ help with the insecurity?

My gums have started to receded, now I'm brushing my teeth more and once a day I rinse my mouth with salt water warm. What else can I do to stop the receding and to make my gums heal from the receeding? Will my gums go back to not looking receded if so how long?

So my good friend, a girl, just got a boyfriend and for some reason I'm feeling jealous. I've never had a girlfriend (I'm a guy) and now I'm wanting one more than ever. Things just haven't gone the way I wanted, I was supposed to have a car by now but learned I won't get one till January/February of next year. Right now, I feel pretty ugly. Ive asked many questions on here pertaining to my looks, and ive been told I'm a 6/10 at lowest, but an average of what I've gotten was maybe 7/10 to 8/10. Well, I wouldn't call each other best friends. But very very good friends. She has had 3 boyfriends while me (a guy) has never had a girlfriend. I've always wanted one, it's just that I have stopped myself a lot for a few reasons. I don't want a girlfriend until I pack on a nice amount of muscle (so then I feel like I Could defend her) and until my teeth are close to perfect. Those are the reasons why I've stopped myself. So I feel like all that has been stopping me from getting one. What do I do? I know I could get a girlfriend. But I don't want just any girlfriend. I want a girlfriend who I'm proud to show off and day she's mine (meaning I want a descent or hot girlfriend, not just a below average or ugly one).

So this is a "is this normal" type of question.

To start off, I am straight. But when I was younger, I would watch straight porn. Let me tell you this before I start off, I havent stolen anything in about 3 months. Im recovering klepto and I'm gonna still gonna resist the urge. But now I'm wanting a job at one of the stores I stole from, but I'm worried of going back because they might recognize me or they might do something. So I stole from 2 different stores. Albertsons and Vons. Last time I stole from Albertsons and vons was in May. Do you think that they would have taken down the pictures of me (if they put them up in the first place) and do you think I'm in the safe zone? My dad says (he doesnt know I stole anything, but something came up about me using Febreze at the store and said its considered stealing) that stores wanna catch the thiefs in the act rather than use old evidence. Do you think i'd be safe to apply for a job at Vons or Albertsons? I understand they will keep an eye on me every time i go to the store, and thats why to prove to them that ive quit. after i stopped, i continued going there to actually buy their products instead of steal. everytime i went to those stores though (except one time i went to vons and lost 5 dollars there so i walked out with the stuff) I bought something, even when i was stealing i bought something. so it wouldnt look weird i went in without buying anything. so like id steal $30 worth of stuff and buy $5 worth of stuff. Thats kinda my facial structure, its like an upside down egg, kinda like that guy in the pic except my jaw is more rounded. Basically like an upside down egg with resemblences to that facial structure... kinda hard to explain. So what hairstyles would fit me best?

So I'm not really aiming for peoples opinions but general styles that look best on face shapes, structures, hair colour, and hair texture. Kinda like the science of what looks best on what faces. I would like a yoga plan/workout that will make me more flexible and make me more agile and everything like that, basically I want a yoga plan that will give me a lot of yoga benefits thats associated with yoga. If I perform those yoga workouts (up to 6 a day, each one for 2-3 minutes, so say you give me yoga exercise 1,2,3, and 4. Ill do each one for 2-3 mnutes. then i will do another round of the complete workout. so basicaly 4-6 minutes on each exercise but split up in halfs) How long until i notice results and a difference and better flexibility?

How long will people live after a double lung transplant in 20 years? I will need one by then because I have Cystic Fibrosis. I will be around the age of 30-40 years old.

So I am kinda nervous, Because I have cystic fibrosis and my mom was saying how a lung trasnplant surgery is necisary for survival for my disease. I was reading the CF site and it said that survival after the surgery was getting better and better. but thats the thing thats scary. i could die after the surgery?! I am so scared for when that time comes. So lm gonna estimate i need a lung transplant surgery in 20 years. at the rate science and medical science is going. how would the survival rate look in 20 years? it says there are pills to make the body not reject the lungs, if you miss a day or two what would happen? also. is there any risk of dieing during the surgery? how much does this surgery cost? in about 20 years, how would the surgery look, survival rate, pills, surgery itself, etc? please no stupid answers. i am just scared right now.

so im turning 17 in 4 days. And ive always wanted a girlfriend. but im kinda worried about something. Because im not sexually attracted to girls. guys say "oh wow shes hot", but id rather say "wow shes pretty/beautiful". I've wanted a girlfriend since i was 13.
