Would you like to see a really good site for cat care?
I just found this. It has instructional videos on ALL things to do with cats and their care. I just thought I'd pass it along to anyone who might be interested.

I use Firefox and I love it but some friends are trying out Google Chrome and say it's faster. I'm pretty much committed to staying with Firefox but I wanted some opinions from other users. Thanks.
9 AnswersOther - Internet9 years agoEliminating cat odor coming from next-door neighbors' house?
My husband and I rent a semi-detached house. Our landlord lives in the other half of the house. In the past two days we've noticed a strong odor of cat urine located most strongly in our dining room. It is strongest when you open the pantry cabinet, which abuts our landlords' kitchen/dining room. We have been over every surface in our house with both noses and a blacklight, even smelling our cats nether parts at great risk to our faces and the smell is not coming from them. Our landlord has several cats. I know what to use to rid odors caused by our own cats (anti icky-poo) but we have never had this problem with our present cats. Any advice on dealing with this situation? We have a really good relationship with our landlord and don't want to ruin it by hurting his feelings so any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help.

I just read an article about them and was curious to hear peoples' opinions about them.

There's a cat shelter in Defiance, Ohio that has a 24/7 kitty cam in its shelter. The cats are free roaming.
I've always wondered what cats get up to when nobody is around!

3 AnswersCats9 years agoDoes anyone need instructions for building an outside cat shelter for winter?
Now that it's cold out, many people want to provide shelter for stray/feral cats. Here is an excellent set of instructions in case you want to do that.
http://www.spayandstay.org/wintershelter.htm
I realize this is not a question, so please don't leave a snarky comment about this. I only want to help outdoor cats through the winter and some people may want to know how to help.
Every living thing needs a warm place. Help them if you can. Thanks.
5 AnswersCats10 years agoWhy are my cats acting this way after flea treatment?
Both of my cats became infested with fleas for the first time ever. One is 14 and the other is almost 2. During a heavy rainstorm my basement flooded and I suspect that's where the fleas came from. Anyway, I bathed them in Dawn dish soap, treated them with Frontline and treated all furniture, carpets and curtains with Sentry home flea spray. It seems to have done the trick but my cats have picked up a new behavior-they won't get down from the dining room chairs except to eat and use their litter. Their appetites are normal and so are their bowels/bladders. Could they just be freaked out by the smell of the spray in the carpets? They'll let me pick them up and carry them around but as soon as I put them down it's back onto the chairs! Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

8 AnswersCats10 years agoDoes your cat ever have a guilty expression on its face after it's done something wrong?
My female kitty just came running downstairs with an entire roll of toilet paper wrapped around her (spool and all!) and when she saw me she stopped cold and looked at me as if to say "What? THIS? I have absolutely NO idea how this could have happened!"
9 AnswersCats1 decade agoTips and thoughts for Cat Owners.?
It's so easy to fall in love with that cute little kitten. Remember that those sweet shiny eyes that make you laugh and smile will one day be old and murky and you will still be the best thing they've seen all day.
Whether you feed your cat the best food there is or just the best you can afford, all the cat knows is that you opened that food with love.
Have your cat spayed or neutered. He or she wants to be with you. The world is a big scary place and our pets deserve to be safe in our care.
When pets get old and have problems, don't abandon them. They need you even more than ever. They're not trying to be bad; they're scared because they don't understand why things don't work right anymore.
Love them unconditionally. They do it for you.
Always take the time to pet them, hug them and play with them. You are the whole world to them.
The world is rough. Be gentle.
Be grateful that our cats love us, warts and all.
I just wanted to write down what I was feeling, and I hope you all feel the same. Have a good night!

8 AnswersCats1 decade agoOne of my cats has started to sleep with my fingertip between his teeth.?
He's a polydactyl as well so he uses his extra toes to hold onto my finger. Now I have to adjust the way I sleep because he won't let go of my finger! It's cute and funny but I was wondering if anything might be wrong with him. He's about 12 and he just started to do this recently.
6 AnswersCats1 decade agoCan a cat be ticklish?
My 8-month old kitten goes wild when I tickle her feet. She kicks at me and looks like shes pedaling an invisible bicycle and it cracks me up. Just wondering if anyone has ever head of this.
8 AnswersCats1 decade agoIs my cat chirping to attract birds?
Every time he watches birds he will run through the house until he gets to a window closest to a bird and then he makes a chirping noise. Is he trying to fool the bird by imitating it? (I have to laugh at him because I don't think a bird would be fooled by an 18-lb. Russian Blue.)
4 AnswersCats1 decade agoAnyone have a cat who could tell if you were sick?
We have an 8-month old kitten who usually sleeps on our bed, but a few weeks ago she started sleeping ON me. It turned out I had pneumonia, and once I took care of it she went back to sleeping at the foot of the bed! Just wondering.
