I have a huge bruise on the lateral (outside) side of both legs, from my ankle to my hip. What causes this? I'm not getting beat up. I didn't have an accident or fall.. And I'm only 24.

I had a food allergy test done today and the only thing that slightly showed up was Pecans, which makes sense to my string of throat closings lately. My throat started slightly swelling while I was there and was irritated(i told the Dr. but he didn't seem to acknowledge it), and now it's swelled a little more. I took Benadryl and some Pepcid, but should I go to the ER anyway or see if this helps first? I have an epipen, but if I use it I'll have to go to the ER anyway. I know anaphylaxis is serious, but my throat isn't as bad as it usually is.

There's this gorgeous guy that I work and go to college with. We started talking, and then he started ignoring me for no reason. The other day he was staring at me for mad long when he was talking to my roommate/co worker (and they weren't talking about me), but he stopped when she mentioned something about him staring. Why does he pretend like I'm not even there, won't talk to me, yet stares at me when I'm not looking? I don't understand. I know he has anger problems or some other issues that he takes some medication for.. But I just don't get it. He talks to me and is super sweet, then he ignores and avoids me (diverts his direction when he sees me) for no reason, and now he stares at me. What's his logic? I'm tempted to have a few choice words with him, but I don't want to waste any more of my time on him.

My cat won't stop eating my dog's food. My dog is a purebred Papillion, weighing in at 8lbs, and he doesn't eat all of his food in one sitting like he use to when he was a puppy. My fat cat just started eating his food, which leaves my dog with almost nothing because my cat eats so much, and I have the cat food put up so my dog can't reach it. I don't know what to do. My dog's food is expensive because he has a sensitive tummy and since he doesn't eat much, I can't buy in bulk without it getting stale or too expensive. Any ideas? My cat can easily reach his own food, so there's no reason as to why he should be eating my dog's food.

Long story short, last night my friend and I cuddled for quite a while. Do friends cuddle? It was the first time him and I have ever done so. He's usually touchy feely, but that's when he's drunk and tonight he was sober. I was bummed because I didn't get a job I had applied for, so then him and I drank at his younger bro's place. He ended up passing out on me and snuggling, trying to pull me closer to him, and then he eventually woke up, got sober, we watched movies and I decided to lay on him, and then after the last movie was over, he sat up like a jerk so he could lay on me and we ended up cuddling...both sober....and then I left after an hour or so because I realized it was past 5am and I got there at 6pm the night before.

My question is, do friends cuddle? I was pretty sure I was in the friend zone, but last night/this morning, we were both sober and one step away from making out. I'm sure we would have if I would have stayed longer, and I'm sure something more would have happened if his teenage bro and their minor friend weren't passed out in the living room.

Within the past few months, I've seemed to develop allergies to certain kinds of wheat or grains, which strike me as odd. I can eat Whole Wheat Bread, and certain kinds of (literally labled) Multi-Grain bread, but if I eat 7 Grain Breads or even up to 12 Grain Breads, I have a food allergy to them (my mouth blisters and my throat starts to swell shut and i get stomach pains near my belly button). Last week after going to a sandwich bar, I've realized that I'm also allergic to Oatnut bread. As for whole wheat flour, I can eat 100% whole wheat bread, and be fine, but if I consume anything made from King Arthur's Whole Wheat Flour, it makes my stomach hurt and it makes me puke. I bought it in a health kick before I realized my food allergy and tried baking numerous things with it and it always results in stomach pains and me vomiting. It's not expired and no one but me has gotten sick from it. Is it even possible to have random allergies like this? I'm not even sure what exactly it is I'm allergic to.

What's your favorite type/genre of food? I've noticed that whenever I cook, it's always Italian and mostly vegetarian dishes. I admit to being a picky eater, not because I haven't tried it, but because I've tried it and didn't like the taste of it (I try anything at least twice). Italian cooking always seems to taste good to me. When I pick out food I like to eat, it's always ingredients to make an italian dish.

Tell me your favorite food genre and why it's your favorite.

I know. I was told not to do it, it could be a scam or he could be a serial killer, but I can't help but to be attracted and want to contact him. I'm trying to resist the urge to but it's wanting to give in. I'm 22, and while browsing for fun on Craigslist, I came across this man who's in his 50's. This sounds totally gross considering my age, but he's gorgeous and I love his eyes and would like to speak with him, but don't want things to escalate fast or get out of control. Usually I'm not attracted to anyone that's above 30, but something just clicked when I saw him. Thoughts?

For me it's the eyes. If they're don't have attractive eyes, then it's a deal breaker. I was browsing through craigslist personals (my favorite past time hobby) and saw a guy that was absolutely attractive, and he was in his mid 50's (Mind you, I'm 22 and not usually into older types). His eyes were so gorgeous, and he looked Spanish, which is a plus. I won't pursue this, but I was wondering what you first notice when you look at someone, and what quality you find most attractive in a person.

I'm not going to explain my logic of why I need a list of junk food, but suggestions help. No matter how unhealthy it seems, I need to know what kind of high calorie junk foods there are. So give me your worst! =D

I have horrible pain on my right side. It feels like a line down my stomach and I can kind of feel it in my back. It hurts so bad. I went to the hospital last week and they said it was a pulled muscle then told me it was the stomach flu. It doesn't feel like either. All they told me to do was take some Aleeve and it isn't helping. No one seems to believe how much pain I'm in. It went away by the next two days but now it's come back. What can I do?

My friend has been trying to get me to come all the way across the country for the past 5 years to come visit him. He randomly called me tonight saying he wants me to leave now and says it's now or never. Since when does he get to choose anything? I don't have the money but he's willing to pay for it, but still! In the middle of his sentence his cell just cuts out. Like seriously? I've tried calling him back but it goes straight to voicemail. Why the hell are guys so darn confusing? If there's anyone that can stress me out so badly, it's him. I hate it. I will admit I am slightly attracted to him because I dig people that are my opposite, but I seriously tried to cut him out of my life and he pieced himself back together. What would you do? I do want to go, but if I leave I'll be fired from my job, which would cause my family to hate me. I feel going would be a great idea, but not like this. Advice on how to deal?

I've been thinking about seeing a doctor for depression. The only thing is, I hate talking about my problems and don't like being judged. I did try to kill myself a couple months ago but thankfully no one likes to talk about it. 4 years ago I gave myself an expiration date, now I only have 5 months left for things to get better but I don't think they will unless I find help somehow. I just don't know what to do. I do want to die, but i'd also like to live if I had a reason to. You know? I just don't know how a doctor can help me, and I don't want to admit I have a problem because for the most part, I think I'm perfectly fine.

My niece had her tonsils out on thursday. I'm watching her this morning and was wondering what soft foods I can feed her. I would ask her mother, but she's not a very good one and wanted to feed her solid food the day of the surgery. I would reflect on my own experience, but when I had my tonsils out, I wouldn't eat or drink anything and had to be hospitalized. Mind you, she's 4.

Was wondering if there was an age restriction. My friend wants to register their golden lab (the dog's parents have papers) but it's already 6 years old.

So I spontaneously left with my cousins when they came to visit, is it wrong the only thing I miss back home is my cat?

My cousin's dog had a shattered hip, and the vet said she would die in two years, but it's been three years. I'm glad she's not dead, because she's a wonderful dog, but I was wondering if she would die soon or if she's in it for the long run.

My cousins came to visit from out of state, and they're thinking letting me come back home with them. I'd feel bad because I've no money or job but they're totally willing to paying for everything I need. I was going to go to NY but decided not to because my friend was too busy and last thing I wanted was to spend time alone at his place. Should I go if my cousins ask me?
