I accidently ordered a new bike which is too big with the frame being 16-17 inches instead of 14-15 inches. (I think) I had a quick shot of it last night and noticed that the wheels hit against my feet when I turn the handle bars. Also it's too high, which I think I can fix by adjusting the seat. Does this mean I need to get smaller wheels? And if so, will smaller wheels be able to support my bike?

I must add that this is a light weight womens mountain bike bought from Halfords UK and I don't think I cant just take it back and get a smaller size...

Any help would be appreciated as this was an xmas present and I would like to actually like to be able to use it.

I have recently bleached my hair a few times more than i normally would and I have noticed that my hair is falling out more and has thinned out. I normally have quite thick hair so I'm wondering if it will grow back? I have recently started using Redken to help restore it's health which is helping a lot but I'm just worried about if my hair will grow back to its usual thickness? I just bought a protein treatment aswell to help it not break as much. thanks.

I am carefully thinking about getting another dog ( i already have a 1 year old parson russell terrier ) but i am not sure if it is the best of idea's. I have always wanted 2 dogs as they both can play and have the company of each other. I am thinking about going to the animal rescue centre and adopting one, because i want to help the dogs there. But i am worried that my dog that i have just now might get jelous or might rebel against me.

He is fine with some dogs, he has a german shepard friend that he loves to run about with, but some dogs he will instantly start barking at. I was hoping that if i was to get another dog, he would be more socialized with dogs, but i know that this isnt always the case.

And also, if i was to get another dog, i am not sure about when i go to work that i should leave them in different rooms of the house?

I have just got my badge in Snowpoint City and i have beaten Team Galactic, but i don't know what to do next! I know that i have to go to Mt. Coronet but i seem to get stuck and there is nowhere to go!

can someone talk me through which direction to go in mt coronet?

I would like to know people's opinions on hitting a dog, lets say if it was being bad then hitting the dog for punishment (not too hard but a firm hit), is this cruel on the dog?

I'm asking this because i have heard different sides on this. Some people say it can turn the dog towards aggresion and others say this will put them in their place etc and it is right for them.

I have seen people hit there dogs if they were being bad in the park and i personally thought it was quite nasty on the dog and in one incident a friend of mine hit my dog ( who is 11 months ) because he was too excited to see them and my dog wouldn't go away.

I need opinions on this please!

I really need some help with my dog, he is 10 months old, and we started obediance training a couple of weeks ago. The problem is that he has far too much energy in him and he will NOT listen to me when there are dogs around. He pulls at the lead constantly will not heal or do anything. I have tried taking him for a big long walk before the classes but this did not help one bit.

He also is starting to show agression towards some dogs and i really dont know what to do. I tell him no in a firm voice and pull him away but he just pulls towards where the dog is and makes weird high pitched noises.

He has been neutered, as i thought this would help, but it hasnt :(

Does anyone have any advice at all?

Is he being dominant?

p.s has anyone tried using a spray bottle to dicipline? if so, is it worth using?

I was speaking to a taxi driver this morning, and he was telling me that his friend went down to Newcastle to buy this English Bull dog puppy (which cost £1,500) and on the way there they met some breeders, and one of them offered to bulldog off him for £30,000 (as he lived in Indonesia) and he could also get free flights to and from Indonesia whenever he wanted. Why did the guy offer him so much for an english bulldog does anyone know?

Would it be for fighting?

just to let you know the guy turned down the offer.

May i also add, the father of this puppy was sold for round about £30,000 to someone. Maybe it had champion bloodline? ( if that makes sense)

I'm taking in my 8 month old parson russell to the vets tomorrow morning to get neuterd(eek!), and to tell you the truth i'm quite nervous!

Does anyone know what happens when they get put to sleep? like do they get an injection or gas? im worried my dog will freak if he sees the needle.

And also how long does it take for the operation? (if anyone knows)

i'm also worried incase he wakes up and no one is there and he gets scared!!

p.s does anyone also know how much it costs in the uk? i have set aside 100 pund just incase

Just wondering why dogs eat their sick, i got woken up at 6.30am this morning with my puppy being sick and he ate it straight away!!

I have noticed that he has done this before though.

I know that dogs regurtitate food, but this wasn't done on purpose as he was sleeping and all a sudden started being sick.

Now this is a total vague memory of it but i'll try my best!

The film is based in prison and at the start of it it shows a scene of 2 guys about to have a fight but then goes to the start of the story as to why they are having a fight.

it was about this guy who has just gone to jail and is sort of picked on ( i think ) by the bullies of jail, but then at the end it turns around and the new guy turns out to be a bully or something like that? and i remember another bit where this black gay guy is wanting this new guy to go into his cell and give him a bit of loving!

but anyway after all this has happened it ends with the scene where these 2 guys are going to have a fight and one of them injects the guy with something and i think he either dies or collapses.

The film was actually quite good although it probably sounds total crap!

i live in Scotland and it's snowing right now, and i'm just wondering if my puppy ( a parson russell 14 weeks ) will get cold when i take him for a walk in the snow? this prob sounds stupid but im just scared incase he gets really cold, plus he is a small dog aswell.

do dogs get cold in the winter?

Me personally i don't think it is true.

You never know someone could of writen it as a book ( i.e like harry potter ) and say in like 500 years time or longer someone may discover it and then they all think voldermort is the devil and worship dumbledore? u get me?

And i think it's pretty stupid how ppl worship a book.
