  • OTR CDL driving & personal driving time?

Do CDL truck drivers have to keep track of personal driving time (personal vehicle) to avoid going over driving hour limits? Also, a friend is being told he is not allowed to drive home (personal vehicle) from the truck company because it would put him over his hour limit - anyone know if this is true???

  • Dog Training using German commands - pls help!?

I would like to train my puppy using german commands. I attempted to use an online translator am unsure how accurate it is (I think not very since I got two very different answers for the same word at two different times). In particular, I am looking for the following: come, sit, stay, down/lay down, off, leave it/drop it, heel, attack, release, ignore, jump, over, through, weave, up, down, across, as well as anything else important in agility that I may have missed. If there is a website listing them that would be great; correct pronunciation would also be great.

    Any help much appreciated, thanks!

  • parenting MHMR children/teens?

DH & I may soon be 'houseparents'/caretakers for a 12 y/o MR boy - my search engines arent' working right; does anyone have any information or specific websites they could share with me that might help me in learning what to do/not do or etc? DH works for the company who will be putting this together but i have limited exp. with this and no experience raising boys, let alone almost teen boys. as far as we know his only issue is MR, nothing specific like down's or autism. not looking for any judgements in this just for helpful information, anything you can offer would be great, thanks!

  • sick lizard??

My husband's armadillo lizard doesn't look right....last night when we went to bed it was laying on one of its rocks with its front legs pointed back towards his back legs (like when a human lays on their stomach with their arms down at their sides) and wasn't all that interested when i rubbed his back....this AM he was laying on his side between one of the rocks and the aquarium wall, when I moved the rock and picked him up he scrambled a little but he still doesn't look quite right. We've been feeding him 10-15 crickets every other day (per pet store expert) twice weekly sprinkled with nutritional supplement powder, he has water available to him at all times and we mist his tank twice/day.

Any one have any ideas to help?
