I was driving in an intersection headed east and my light was green the car on my right was heading north and hit my car both of our vehicles were towed away and I explained to the officer that I only had my permit but i was on my way home to take my mother to her chemotherapy the officer told me it was not my fault and as far as me only having permit goes he would take care of that and that I shouldn't worry since I am not at fault he did cite me and said that when I go to court to explain my situation and that it would be clear. I received the report today written by him and it states lies. It says that i was in a hurry and I had a red light and I was listening to music. This is not true at all! Both the person who collided with me and I have insurance, but I do not know what to do about this report or our vehicles. Please help !

I am a junior in high school and I am a cheerleader and I recently made a mistake that caused the school to not let me back in. My father was in a coma and I was feeling emotional so I posted a very old picture of me smoking with a quote under it and a cheer mom told the school on me for it I was questioned at school about my well being and turns out I'm completely clean then they checked my address and found that my mother had been lying about where we live in order for me to transfer from another achool and attend that high school now the district forgot all about my picture and is focusing on my address they refuse to let me back into school and are tellingly that I need to go back to my old high school which I really do not want to do , neither my parents or I know what to do , please help I need to go back to school !

My sophomore year I had a 1.13 due to absences now that I will start my junior I'm working hard on getting back to my normal GPA which are 3.0 /4.0 hopefully higher , if I do reach my goal next year am I able to graduate and will collages not accept me because of my sophomore year GPA?

Do other countries have birthday celebrations such as sweet 16 i know Latin America has Quinceneras and such but what about Europe and other places?
