A friend's younger brother had an accidental death and he named two brothers as beneficiaries in his life insurance policies. Both brothers refused to redeem the policies and have allowed both policies to go into the state of Alabama Unclaimed Funds.

I would like for them to claim the funds and set up a trust in their deceased brother's name and perhaps give scholarships in his name as a lasting legacy.

What other contributions could the money be used for and how do I approach the brothers?

I am the President of my Toastmasters Club and membership has been low for about 1 1/2. years. Presently, we are on our second round of club coaches. The coach is charged with helping clubs with membership problems, rebuild membership. Nothing happened with the fist round of coaches. We had no membership drives, no open house, no nothing, just a lot of talk. They did suggest that we consider another location as we currently meet in the local Fire Department's Community Room.

The second set of coaches came a few months ago. We had a meeting in early December and the chief coach immediately pushed for a vote to change the club location. 2/3 of the members at the meeting voted affirmative.

However, the problem is that none of the members who voted to change club location are actively looking for a new location.

How do I graciously, tell the club coaches and members, that I am moving on?.

Sometimes guys are looking for a "HookUp" and not a relationship. A "HookUp" can be a one night stand or friends with benefits, neither of these are relationships. Sometimes married guys pretend to be single, guys separated from their wives, think they are single, and single guys can have crazy ex-girlfriends.

Real relationships are suppose to move forward and not flat-line after 6 months. Specifically, what questions do you ask to avoid time wasters?

A friend of mine went on a sales appointment and after parking her car, went around to the front of the building, looking for the entrance. A guy was standing in front of the building on the side walk and as she approached, he asked whether she had parked in the parking lot. As she pondered the question, she noticed that he was wearing one of those around your neck name tags and assumed that he was with security and so she said yes. Then she asked whether she should move the car and he said no said no and introduced himself. As they shook hands, she informed him that she had scheduled an appointment with him for later that month.

Thinking this was the end of it, she went to her scheduled appointment. A few minutes, this guy comes into the room while she is presenting to a group of retirees and paces in the back of the room, as he stares at her. As she stared back, she admits that she found him pleasing to look at, then he sits down, and she found his presence distracting. He stayed about 10 minutes then left.

A few months later she get invited to a black tie retirement party and this guy was there. During the course of the evening, the guy, using telepathy, transmitted a thought and my friend not only received the message but acted on it.

I want go into details about the message or what she did. However, she said that she realized that something was happening because she became aware that her breathing pattern had changed and although she could still hear the band playing and see people, it was as though everything was in the background.

Therefore, my question is should this guy who is a casual business acquaintance have asked her permission to transmit? Do you think that he randomly chose her or was she his intended target? My friend thinks that his telepathic abilities is somewhere between mid-mild to medium level. It has been several weeks since the incident happened and she has not contacted him. Should she contact him and inquire about the transmission or just let it go? Why do you think that he did this? My friend said that after wards, he stood over to the side of the room from where she was sitting and would alternate between looking at her and looking away. She never looked at him and now wonders whether she should have.

I took my 2003 Nissan Altima to the dealer and it was hook up to their diagnostic equipment, at the time, the "Service Engine Soon" light would periodically stay on for several minutes then go out. If it came on when I was driving the car would run really rough. When the light went out, it would run smoothly. The Technician said nothing showed up on diagnostics and that I should bring it in while the light is on.

Today the light came on and stayed on. My appointment is for Thursday. Any ideas as to what I need to have done to the car?
