So...me and a friend of mine participate in bodycombat classes in the gym. Both of us wants to make our "combat" shirts..just for a bit of fun...so..here goes...we yell when we kick...we wanted to put that "yellig" on the back of the shirt...thing is...we don't really know how we could spell it?!

Does anyone know how to spell it?....it kind of sounds like KIAH!..,,,is there a way to spell it!?!?
