Beginning in April, I was on a diet to lose most of my body fat. By June I had noticed some positive results after losing roughly 19 lbs, but during my prom and prom cottage due to unhealthy eating and partying I gained 5 lbs back. To give you an idea I am a 5'7" 18 y/o male weighing around 140 lbs right now, and was 154 when I began. I was in good shape to begin with and now am in even better shape. Part of my reason for beginning this diet was to cut before bulking or in other words lose my fat before gaining muscle in order to just look better for the beach and for my girlfriend and such. However, after that prom cottage weekend a crease mark started being visible just under my top 4 abdominal muscles or half an inch above my belly button. Previously, when I was fatter, this crease mark only appeared when sitting down with bad posture for an extended period of time, but now its here all the time and although I am aware of the fat that it is not really a big deal, it is driving me crazy and I just can't seem to get rid of it! Will losing the weight again get rid of it?

Also, on a side note, i got an ugly tan line right on the patch of skin that the line is on before prom cottage weekend when I sat on a chair and the fat in that area covered the skin so it didn't tan like the rest of my body. So with this hideous line i tried to tan just that area with baby oil and spot treatments and stuff but for some reason it just won't go away. Does this excessive exposure to sun in just that area where both lines are have anything to do with the crease mark? How can I even out my skin ton eon my stomach after this unfortunate tan? How can I get rid of both of them? Please help me! Thank you in advance for any contributors.

I can't remember the name of this cereal and it's driving me insane! It was something very chocolatey/marshmallowy that came out around 2007ish and i don't recall seeing it on the shelves recently so it must have been discontinued or something. I think it was a rice krispies kind of cereal because I remember seeing snap, crackle, and pop on the front of the box, but it's not coming up on google, and it's not coca krispies or marshmallow rice kris pies, it had a very distinct name. The cereal itself was square-shaped and very sugary and therefore very bad nutritionally. Any help would be great, thanks!

I am 17 years old and have been working out for a couple years but intensely for just a little over a month 5 times per week. My problem is that I have just a couple pounds of lower stomach fat that I just can't seem to get rid of. My upper abs show really well when i flex and you can see them for the most part when I don't, but my lower abs don't seem to show nearly as much and I assume its because of the belly fat. I do a lot of cardio and work a physical job but these last couple pounds just won't go away. What can I do to get rid of this fat?

I have a BC Rich Pro X Mockingbird guitar with a Tune-O-Matic Bridge. I got it about a month ago and it was perfectly fine, nothing at all wrong with it. I wanted to change the tuning to play a Motley Crue song but you can't with the way the headstock has the screws on it that keeps the tuning. the guitar came with allen keys so i figured that to change the tuning, I simoply had to unscrew the top part of the fretboard a little bit and change the tuning. Not only was it a pain in the *** to keep the tuning while it was unscrewed, but when I screwed it back, all my strings started buzzing and they still do. Some of the strings just sound messed up too. What can I do to fix this? I plan on going to a guitar store to fix it, but I don't get how this could have happened. Please Help!

I have multiple male and female elekids, a male Machoke with Cross Chop, and a male and female Medicham with none of the aforementioned attacks. How can I get a male elekid with Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch and Cross Chop? Thanks

For my birthday, my uncle pre-ordered the Limited edition of a game for me. After seeing what was in the collector's edition, i decided that I wanted to get it. My question is can I go to Gamestop, where he pre-ordered it and upgrade from my limited edition to the collector's edition? i obviously know that I'll have to pay the extra money...thanks in advance !

I am looking for an amp in the $300-$400 price range that is really good for metal, but can still do great in other genres. I have a Boss ME-20 effects board so I don't think I would need an amp with effects because I already have them, therefore I wouldn't want to waste any money on something I don't need. I have a B.C Rich guitar and I am wondering which amp would be best. Thanks in advance.

I like the shape of the Warlock the best, the fret-board and the headstock of the Eagle the best, and I like how the Mockingbird has the whammy bar. I'm just looking for any personal opinions or if anyone knows with one sounds better and such. Thanks.

I am thinking of getting a capture card to get some gameplay vidoes of me playing xbox on to youtube. Which capture card should i get? I was thinking of the pinnacle dazzle dvc100 just because it is not that expensive and i do not really want to spend alot of money (preferrably under $50).

So any ideas of what capture card I should get?

And if the dvc100 is good, what else do I need to take the gameplay videos and get them on my computer? I do not know what cables and such that I need, so help on that would be great too, thanks!

I can really see my upper abs when I flex, but when I am not flexing I can no longer see them, and I know that they could look better without these last couple pounds, but this fat won't go away and it doesn't matter what I do....what can I do to guarantee getting rid of it? thanks :)

The reason there is no Morphing Jar is because of Solidarity. I feel that these monsters are somewhat weak when it comes to pure attack power, so Solidarity should add nicely. Also, I did not use Snipe Hunter because contrary to popular belief, you cannot use his effect to summon dark world monsters.

I know that I have 4 extra cards I just don't know which ones to take out/add in, so any help will be appreciated.

Hey, I am looking for a Yu-Gi-Oh deck that isn't that expensive but is still a very good deck that is capable of winning. It is mostly for casual play, and I would like it to have real cool monsters that are enjoyable to play with. I was thinking of something focused around fiends perhaps, but it doesn't have to be. I am wondering if I should use solemn judgement. My current trap cards are 2x Destruction Jammer, 1x Royal Decree and 1x Bottomless Trap Hole. I run a dragon deck that focuses on blue eyes and fusion summons as well as sending cards to the graveyard. I understand that it is one of the best counter trap cards, but the price of half your life points seems like a bit much....so should I run this card or use another counter trap card ? And because of a certain card in my deck, it is better if it is a counter trap card.... Thanks :)

I need a good counter trap card for my deck and I was wondering if divine wrath would be a good fit. I run a dragon deck that focuses on fusions and sending monsters to the graveyard to summon them using red eyes darkness metal dragon. So I was just wondering if divine wrath would be a good idea, and if not, which counter trap card will be good?

What are good trap cards, preferrably counter trap cards to put in a dragon deck that focuses on future fusion, dragon's mirror and mainly sending monsters to the graveyard and special summoning them, thanks!

Hey, my top four abs are very defined, but my lower ones are not so much. I am in good shape and eat fairly healthy and I do regular exercise. I was wondering if anyone can help me whether it be certain workouts, or certain foods or anything that can get these stubborn abs to show. Thank you to all answerers in advance. :)

I am 15 ( a month away from 16) and I am 5 foot 6. I have recently been lifting weights and doing chin ups/pull ups with a chin-up bar I got, and was wondering if it would stunt my growth. The weights I am doing feel like a bit too much for me (30, doing bicep curls) and I was wondering if it is too much weight, will it stunt my growth? Thanks in advanced. :)
