How can I get my bottom abs to show more?
Hey, my top four abs are very defined, but my lower ones are not so much. I am in good shape and eat fairly healthy and I do regular exercise. I was wondering if anyone can help me whether it be certain workouts, or certain foods or anything that can get these stubborn abs to show. Thank you to all answerers in advance. :)

Do reverse crunches (hold on to an object that is very heavy or bolted to the ground, like a pole, and lift your legs up in a 90 degree angle, and sort of thrust with your hips.) Also, doing exercises that require you to lay down and keep your legs about 6 in. off the ground will work too.
