How can I lose these few pounds of belly fat?
I am 17 years old and have been working out for a couple years but intensely for just a little over a month 5 times per week. My problem is that I have just a couple pounds of lower stomach fat that I just can't seem to get rid of. My upper abs show really well when i flex and you can see them for the most part when I don't, but my lower abs don't seem to show nearly as much and I assume its because of the belly fat. I do a lot of cardio and work a physical job but these last couple pounds just won't go away. What can I do to get rid of this fat?

Stomach fat is the last thing you lose when your working out. The best way is to eat more fiber and vegies. Doing lower ab workouts help too, musil burns fat, the more you have were you want the fat to be gone the easer its guna be
