In the episode Helpless, Buffy is battling a a vampire at the end. The vampire kept needing 'his pills'. Does anyone know what kind of pills or why he was having to take them? Just seems a little strange to me that a vampire would need medicine of nay sort, lol.

I have been dealing with some back pain that runs from my right shoulder blade up through my shoulder, down my arm through my elbow into my wrist and hand. It's been going on for about 3 months now. I have been to the doctor at least 3 times and we can't seem to get any thing done.

He has had me on steroid packs, 800 mg Ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. Nothing helps. For long anyway. I mean some of the things do obviously help for a little while just nothing seems to make it better.

Anyone have any idea what this could be? I do work on a computer all day but it doesn't ease up on the weekends and I have made it a point to not use my computer unless I have to work.

My grandmother said that I would need a machine with a stretch stitch. But could it be done by hand? If so how?

I have a Dell Latitude D820 and all of the sudden I have no sound. The sound icon in the task bar is gone. I went to Control Panel and opened Sound and Audio Devices and it says No Audio Device. I went to Device Manager and nothing has the yellow icon indicating I have a driver problem under Sound, video and game controllers. As far as I know nothing has changed. I had sound last night.

I am running spyware software right now. Any help would be wonderful. Thanks.

I want to redo the interior of my home myself. I have tried Smart Draw before but I can't see paying for it if I could use Photoshop. Obviously it can be done, I guess what I want to know is how would I set my grid in photoshop to make it accurate?

Like when I am watching mega video, it starts fine and the mouths match what they are saying but after the intro the the show plays the mouths are way ahead of the actual sounds i hear. Anyone know why or how I can fix it?

I have a subscription to mega video and usually I just watch Bones by going to surf the channel dot com and selecting the mega video links. But today all the mega video links are gone. And when I go to mega video dot com and search for Bones I just get a bunch of video clips. Anyone know how to find the full length episodes on there?

I have had shoulder pain for a few weeks now, but yesterday my finger tips went numb. It drove me crazy trying to work as I type quite a bit. After work the shoulder pain stayed but the numbness went away. Today the numbness is back in my finger tips.

My shoulder pain is causing me to not be able to lift my right arm and the numbness is only in my right hand.

Anyone have any idea what could cause this. I haven't injured myself in any way and I use a curved key board and a mouse that doesn't require me to move my arm- just roll the ball with my thumb.

I just reformatted Dell Inspiron 2200 laptop. It had some really bad viruses so I just reformatted. Now it asked which operating system I want to load every time I boot it up.

Is there anyway to make this go away? XP is the only OP that has ever been installed on this machine.

I have a pretty good understanding of Foxpro, and I recently found out the databases I currently work with (Foxpro) are being converted to SQL.

I am wondering which self help book to get to give me the most (easy to understand) information to help with this transition.
