Back, shoulder, elbow and wrist pain...?

I have been dealing with some back pain that runs from my right shoulder blade up through my shoulder, down my arm through my elbow into my wrist and hand. It's been going on for about 3 months now. I have been to the doctor at least 3 times and we can't seem to get any thing done.

He has had me on steroid packs, 800 mg Ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. Nothing helps. For long anyway. I mean some of the things do obviously help for a little while just nothing seems to make it better.

Anyone have any idea what this could be? I do work on a computer all day but it doesn't ease up on the weekends and I have made it a point to not use my computer unless I have to work.
