I am not Christian, I am part of different religion (I won't say) but from what I know, in Christianity or Catholicism all you have to do to be forgiven is just confess them, is that really it? It many other religions there is a whole forgiveness process which is much harder than just saying I sinned.

My favorite foreign film is the Portuguese movie "City of God"

I also liked the Indian movie "3 idiots" but not as much.

I would prefer if your suggestions are more modern movies and preferably not very weird movies (like "Oldboy")

or Asian or Indian movies (unless its not something disgusting or really weird, btw not trying to be racist)
