I will soon be going on as school trip to Paris but will be traveling by coach from Glasgow to Dover, then after the ferry trip to the hotel in Disney.

I have been confident in loosing weight the last few weeks, but I know that surrounding myself with my friends and their junk food, i might be pushed to snack on things I don't want to eat all that much/.

I am looking for ideas for what I could take, healthy and small but that I can snack on the entire trip.

I am fine with taking tuba wear boxes with fruit etc.... but ideas of fruit that would survive the trip.

Any snacks that will distract me from theirs will be so helpful.

I have this sudden, sharp pain in the right side of my abdomen.

It occurs very slightly once or twice every 10 hours.

The pain actually makes me have the sudden urge to bend to the right, as the pain occurs.

I have to other symptoms, except sore muscles (sometimes and i do not know if this is related at all)

I am travelling to Paris with my school and a coach and then a ferry.

With the type of travel in mind what would be worth my while taking on to the bus and ferry in my hand luggage? There will be about 50 people on the bus and I will be sitting next to my best friend. Just anything you wouldnt normally think of to make my journey as easy and stress free as possible.

I have bought a top from topshop (the kate moss range)

but my denim shorts are too short and you cant see them when i wear it so i want to get leggings instead.

first of all, im going with my school so i wont be able to take loads with me. i will have a suitcase and a holdall for on the bus.

im just wondering if there is anything you think would be good for me to pack (into my suitcase, into my holdall for the bus journey, or into the bag i will be taking into Disney Land)

like, eg. ziplock bags etc....
