Dear moderators,

Two years before, I had an accident and got treated and now I am facing the problem of hearing.

I got checked with an audiologist and diagnosed that my ear drums and all other bones are perfect but my ear nerves have become weak and now I am 70 year old coming from a poor family.

May I request to help me, whether any medicines available to strengthen the nerves as the hearing cost in India is 20,000 rupees (us $ nearly 300) for one ear, by gifting with their old digital hearing machine as the audiologist assured me to calibrate to suit to my ear requirements.

Based on your reply I shall give my doctor's address so that he will be able to suggest whether the machine could be useful for my ears.

I have been told by my friends that Indians who have H1b valid visa can get their spouse VISA duly endorsed and stamped by US Embassy, in Chennai south India without attending the personal interview with US VISA officer.

If it so, please help with details which will help community

Further what is the current status for the green card for the member who has applied for G C during June 2011 having valid H1b status having M S degree attained in US

My Friend has MARUTI SWIFT and bought with tubeless tyres. Recently he had a puncture and did rectification with piercing tool inserted a rubber stick from a vulcanising agents.

Within two days he observed Flat tyre and took the same to the agent. He opened and observed cracks on the inner side and suggested to go for new tyre. My friend could not buy a new one and requested to find a solution with alternative methods if any. This vulcanise agent inserted a new tube inside the tubeless tyre and charged 800 rupees (US Dollar 18) and now he is using without any problem and almost a month passed. Feeling happy he would like to switch over to all the balance three wheels from tubeless to tube inserted inside tubeless tyre.

Is this type of inserting the tube inside tubeless tyre is permissible and the car will not have any setback. Even though he is satisfied often he is disturbing me to find out whether this method resulting cost saving by inserting new tubes instead of buying new tubeless tyres. The tyres are pretty good outside and can run for another 30,000 kilo meters.

During my interaction with college officials in USA, I was told that MR President OBAMA Administration is considering foreign students who study Master's/Phd and duly certified will be given Green Card from student VISA and The senators majority of them almost agreed and the law is likely to take effect from October 2010.

IS THIS TO BE TAKEN AS TRUE AND THE INFORMATION WHAT I RECD., TO BE COMPLIMENTED.

Please tell me honestly the comparison between USA and UAE life and Being Indian which gives life to be enjoyable and plus and minus points between USA and UAE. The procedure to follow to get tourist Visa for Dubai and Doha as I have lot of friends who loves to show various tourist places are there any restrictions to get a visa as I am 66 by age and is it a condition to have ECNR from passport office and in case the procedure is simple pl help me to get the visa from Chennai itself and also let me get enriched by Yahoo members the places of most interesting and the money to carry and is it suffcient to have the visit both the places within one month. Irrespective media reports that the jet pilots are on sick leave how is Brussels flight was operating since Friday from chennai . I had been to airport y 'day and the flight took off in time. are we getting fooled and such a good person Mr Goyal wanted to have a public anger in order to close down the JET itself or there any other motive and we Indians are fooled for more than 120 hours by strike a democratic way of fooling and the other airlines must have paid enough money to Shri Goyal by continuing the strike and Govt., was not even thinking to nationalise. Will it be same in USA /China when we follow lot from USA/China. I was one of the victim to pay unimaginable price 10 times - six digit figure- to come to chennai from Delhi. Anybody could help me as to how to get the extra I paid to the Airline where they took a signature that I paid only the existing fare ( and the balance by way of cash.- warned not to be told) are you all happy to be in India and anybody like myself has the experiences to share on Jet Strike.

When Ihe whole world Media published the events on betting/bribing when South Africans came to play test matches in India, and South African people had to undergo lot of tension, as well as the concerned fate as on this day. Has anybody thought the SA May Take A revenge on IPL 2 matches and India may have to undergo the same mental torture. Has anybody thought of this including BCCI/ICC and the Indian Government.

I am working in multi national company as software engineer and had been to USA on project with H1B Visa.

This company doesnot have a branch office at USA but send me to the client with their need for the solution on software project.

My friends in USA asking me to take up direct employment in USA with the present H1B visa status.

I could not find a solution from a person who has got the emploement directly with the H!b Visa of similiar case of mine.

My H!B Visa which I got apllied thro' the present employer in India even though expires by 2009 oct., (which was thro' Lottery)

Is this H1B visa will be valid after I resign from the company In India and whether I can Apply directly to US employer with this H1B visa for employment or this visa will be cancelled once I quit the Job from the Indian company.

Please help me in details the method to be followed.

I have friends in Seattle and In Orlando.

A) I would like to know from yahooites which is the cheapest air fare without any hidden cost and are there any airline who offers the lowest price on the day when most of the seats are not filled but have to fly to USA because of few confirmed passengers.

B) For me date is not important as I am retired and no source of incoming fund except my pension and savings. Nobody to support me also.

C) Is it possible by a particular Ailine who offers to fly direct to seattle from India (may be one or two stopover ) and take a break for few days and then use the same ticket to Orlando and then leave to India from orlando without paying extra charges from seattle to Orlando.

D) This time I have only this plan and any experienced people to help me and are there any airline gives senior citizen concession as I am 64 years old from India to USA and back.

Self -Indian -is working in H1b visa in usa issued in usa. Now I want to get marry and looking for a partner who will also to work in USA. At present there are girls who hava L1/H1b/B1 visa got from the company they are working in USA /India. It is possible to get H1b visa after they join me in USA with their earlier L1/Business visa or H1B visa. Of course they have to resign from the present employment but they will be without valid Visa. It it possible by americans Govt., rules that the partner , namely my spouse, who earlier worked in USA /INDIA with L1/H1b/Business visa got thro her employmen tto apply as soon as she join with me with spouse visa and to work in USA how to apply for H1b. If/Is it going to be a lottery system for my partner. I am not able to get correct method on getting US H1b visa for my partner, after I get married. Pl understand that my partner where she is working, the employer will not sponsor her to USA on H1b visa to work there but asking her to resign

I carefully opened in order to change the C mos battery and assembled back as i do with my built in P C. After this my laptop computer - avertec- is not booting. It is brand new brought from USA and I have lost the warrenty card and the receipt for the purchase.When checked with some repair representative, they suggested who is well versed with avertec computer onle can solve the problem. could you please help me. A born rich (millionare) with ancestoral property etc., or stuggled in the life by hard working sincerely and true to life became rich (millionare) with few examples by the persons who enjoyed and their view points either to be born rich or work hard sincerly and become rich. which option is the best and why with few reasons. I want to present this to few college students as a thought provoking lesson.
