If I make 500/week and my roommate makes 300/week (rent is $1,000/month) how much should we each pay based on income?

and he has Verizon. I would like to know whether the texts I sent him during those five days are going to show up on his phone now that his bill is paid? The thing is, I thought he blocked my number because when I called him it said "the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls right now, please try your call again later." It's not like him to ignore my texts so I got very worried. I sent him these frantic texts and an email not knowing his bill was unpaid. Now I'm worried he'll see I was being a drama queen for no reason. Sigh. Dying to know whether or not those texts showed up on his phone. Thanks! :)

My dentist prescribed me one percocet every 4 hours, but it wasn't that helpful and I ran out of them. I fear if I ask for more pain medicine they'll be wary of me. It would be the third bottle I've asked them for, but with 15 pills a bottle, one every 4 hours, day #9, well you can do the math. I also have been alternating 2 tylenol and 2 advil every 2 hours since the surgery ended and they are barely helping either. The receptionist said I would be better by Sun. and it's now Wed. My job is incredibly grueling so I really need a solution fast in how to better deal with this pain (landscaping, lots of heavy lifting). I've stopped eating solid food as it was interfering with my stitches and caused excruciating pain whenever food got caught in the socket, which was basically every time.

What about danced, nagged, manned, raged, napped, worked and fixed? I know words like crowded, wanted, fainted and faded are two syllables, but the aforementioned words I'm guessing are one syllable? Certain words ending in -ed confuse the hell out of me. Had to ask because I'm writing a haiku which has to follow the 5,7,5 syllable format. Thanks!

I know I must be the one with the problem to pretty much hate every single person I know, but honestly the people I've been exposed to during the second half of my life have milked me for everything I'm worth, rejected and ridiculed me, deliberately hurt my feelings and just generally ignored me when I'm most upset/feeling suicidal. Recently I've considered moving to Hawaii to start a new life, but these same people keep saying "stop running away from your problems" but what if I just want a change of scenery and to surround myself with new people who could potentially be more supportive? Is that so wrong? And I know you can't choose your family, but after my mom died, I was left with an emotionally detached father and two brothers who offer zero support. They are so preoccupied with their own lives, that they can not be bothered with me and generally act exasperated when I try to explain how I'm feeling. I am so incredibly sad right now, I don't even want to alive anymore. I fear once I move to Hawaii, I will feel just as hopeless and anxious about my future as I do right now. Does anyone have any advice?

He was all I had, I have no friends or family, just my cousin who ignores me half the time. I don't know if I have the will to go on, I am drowning fast. Does anyone have any words of encouragement?

I am making a crispy goat cheese salad with mesclun greens. Basically, I am trying to replicate a salad I had at a restaurant. It was a panko crusted goat cheese salad. I tasted honey in the warm goat cheese center, so I just softened my goat cheese, mixed it with honey and reformed it into a log shape (I will cut the goat cheese rounds later). My question is how long will the cheese take to firm up to it's original consistency? When I started it was the texture of cream cheese when you first take it out of the fridge. I figured putting it in the freezer would speed up the process. Is this a good idea? Also, I just realized I threw out my only baking sheet...does it have to be broiled on a flat baking surface? If it does, I can always pan-fry it in a little olive oil on the stove. I want it to get really crispy.

What a disappointment! It was six vintage pendants, none of which appear to be vintage. I wouldn't be surprised if the seller made this crap themselves as it would not require very much knowledge of jewelry making to make these items. One pendant has a dent on the stone, which was not visible in the picture. Another, has a bail (to string a chain through) except that the bail is filled with silver and attached to the pendant so there is no way to put the pendant on a chain! Wtf! I'm afraid if I leave them negative feedback, they'll leave me negative feedback as well. What should I do?

during the last four seconds some person outbid me even though my highest bid (entered at very last second) exceeded the price they won it for...i guess my computer didn't load the page quickly enough. I really want this item (jewelry) so I offered them $20 more than what they paid for it. Now I'm starting to wonder, if they agree, how do I know they'll give me the item after I pay them the money? After all, they wouldn't be selling it through ebay. Is there anything I can do to ensure they send me the item after I pay for it?
