Pretty self-explanatory title.

Yes, "lead by". Not "leader". For example, the name Michael Lugh would mean "Leader of the Light", with Michael being of Hebrew origin and meaning "leader", and Lugh being of Gaelic origin and meaning "light". However, how would one go about forming a name that means "Lead BY the light" opposed to "Leader OF the light"? By the way, it doesn't necessarily have to contain the surname "light"; that was just the easiest example of which I could think.

I need to check the criminal record of a specific individual in the state of California. This is not for fun, this is not for selfish purposes - I honestly need to know of their criminal history, (if it exists), for safety reasons. Every site that offers criminal history of the individual requires a payment before I can actually view the record; I am, however, only 16 and can't make said payment. I know that there has to be SOME WAY to access criminal records, though, because that information could be possibly life saving in certain situtations and I find it hard to believe that such potentially important information would be witheld from the community and/or individuals who seek it.

So I received a level one Happiny from an egg. I can't remember its stats when it hatched, but I fed it nine rare candies immediately, leveling it up to level ten. I then gave it five of each type of vitamins to compensate for the nine levels I gave it with rare candies. That should mean fifty EV points were added to each stat, meaning a total of twelve stat points for every category. (Four EV points equals one state point.) The reason I'm confused is my Happiny's stats read as such: Attack - 7, Defense - 9, Sp. Atk. - 11, Sp. Def. - 22, Speed - 12. Why are some of the stats equal to or less than twelve if the vitamins should've theoretically added twelve stat points to every category?

How can I answer this without using logarithms?

I need to write 37 algebraic equations, all of which equal something specific.

e.g. One of my numbers is 444, so I need to write an algebraic problem whose answer is 444.

I've already written 63 of this little jerks, so I do NOT want to do anymore. Does anyone know of a website or program that I can just punch in a number and it will give me an algebra problem to match it? And by the way, crap like 2x = 888 is not accepted. I need much more advanced problems. Matrices, sum/sequences, factorials, et cetera.

I hear a lot of people talking about how their teams are a Gold team, or a Silver Elite... How do these rankings work? What's the highest? What is the lowest? Thank you.

In all honesty, I thought it was a breath of fresh air to see a pro-Cena crowd! Cena works his balls off and does so much for the company and has given us some amazing matches! Of course, there are many TECHNICALLY better, but Cena is a darn good entertainer. The WHC match was one of the best matches I've seen out of Henry in a long time. You can really tell he's been working hard to get back into shape. Great, great, and great. The main event between HHH and CM Punk was freaking amazing; that was entertainment wrestling at it's peak. And just for icing on the cake, the under-card matches weren't too shabby themselves.

For some strange reason, my computer began opening EVERY! SINGLE! PROGRAM! With Windows Media Player, including "Command Prompt" and "RUN." How the heck do I fix this? Please help quickly, I need the computer, like... NOW!

That's Rey Mysterio! The WWE's Rey Mysterio! Seeing him do things like that makes me wonder why he doesn't do it anymore, and I can only think of two logical explanations: His body won't let him anymore or, much like many wrestlers, Corporate WWE told him to stop using such moves as they are too dangerous and carry too much of an injury risk. All I want to know is what do you think. Was it Corporate WWE or is it just Rey's body?

Why do people NOW say the Attitude Adjustment is a stupid name when ten, twenty years ago when Lex Luger was using it for his piledriver, it was such an awesome name? I'm not b****ing, I just wanna comprehend the sudden change in attitude? Is it because, hmm...John Cena is the one using it that the "name" gets so much hate?

Are there any comics today that are truly history making? If you don't get what I mean, think of it this way: Are there really any comics being published today or even were published in the recent 10 years that are going to be looked back on and remembered thirty, forty, maybe even fifty years from now, like Action Comics 1 or Tales of Suspense 39 or Detective Comics 27?

I'm trying to connect my laptop, (Compaq Presario V2000), to my wireless network, which is a linksys network. My Wii and PS3 connect to the network no problem, but the laptop wont even connect it. When I go into CONTROL PANEL and click NETWORK CONNECTIONS, the wireless icon doesn't even show up. Help, please!

Of course, I did my research first, but I need this to look totally legit, so what should I put on the board first? Research or my hypothesis?

I never see people saying stuff like, "Good PPV," or, "That was awesome." It's always, "That sucked," or, "Vince is stupid." And the really weird thing about it is that people change their opinions like a lightning bolt! A few weeks ago, we were all high on Alberto Del Rio...Now that he has won the Rumble, we all hate him. On top of that, the GM's been saying that he wants to "protect his identity, and will reveal himself when it's safe." What if he's been hiding from Nexus! Now that the original Nexus is gone, Tarver starts showing up!? Too coincidental!

People always say certain people are getting buried and that they should leave the company because no one cares about them, but do they realize how many wrestlers there actually are? Let's just look at Smackdown!, (it's smaller and easier to compare.) The wrestlers who get exposure on a weekly basis are Edge, Kane, Kofi Kingston, Rey Mysterio, Alberto Del Rio, Dolph Ziggler, Big Show, and somewhat Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre. Now let's look at all the rest of the wrestlers: Chavo Guerrero, Chris Masters, Christian, Curt Hawkins, Ezekial Jackson, Finlay, Joey Mercury, JTG, Trent Berreta, and Tyler Reks. Now do people really think that EVERY one of these guys can get on T.V. EVERY week? Sometimes, guys just have to stand in the back of the line and wait for their time to come up. Agree or Disagree?

In order to prove to her bosses that two of her doctors are lazy, she asked me to make her a productivity chart using that info. I already have the line graph set up, but I have a problem. I put every single day on the graph because on any given day, there was at least one doctor. The bad thing is that if a doctor didn't work that day and I just leave the space empty, the graph puts it down as a zero, making that doctor look bad. How can I make the line skip a date?

EXAMPLE:

If my X-axis goes, "1, 2, 3, 4, 5," I want the line to go straight from 1 to 3 without showing any info for the two.
