And I mean like actually help me get into an apartment or house. I have very good income, but bad credit, and Im a first time renter, with 3 forty pound dogs. So I really need some help.

Ok, so a little less than I year ago, I graduated from the medical billing program at a vocational school. My plan was to do this, so that I could get and maintain a job while going to school to do what I really wanted, teaching. Unfortunately it was very difficult for me to find a job in the medical billing field, but I was lucky enough to land a relatively good job elsewhere (it will support me anyway). Now there are a lot of different things I want to do career wise, and I know that I dont have to only do one, because its always good to better yourself and have fallbacks. But my heart and soul is in teaching. As of late I am thinking that teaching may not be a very fruitful career though, because (in az at least) they are cutting education funding and closing schools like crazy. And im not necessarily doing it for the money, because teaching is a field that you have to love regarless or it wont work, but im very afraid that I will end up doing the 4 years worth of schooling and not be able to find a job. I do want to be comfortable, and have a comfortable lifestyle and Im willing to do whatever it takes. So I have been weighing a few different career options, all which I like, and am very open to. I have been thinking about being a para-legal and perhaps a lawyer (eventually), or a Physicians assistant, or nurse. I have also been thinking about Hair dresser, and possibly something in business. I just dont want to put all my effort into schooling of a certain type, only to be jobless afterward because the economy has over-saturated or ripped apart that particular industry. Now Im open to suggestions. Im not very good at math, I would be able to do anything that maybe required a little math, but nothing that was math and science based ( I know that math classes are included in any coursework and profession, but do not wish to deal with it as a career). Is teaching a good thing to get into? Does the job market indicate that there may be jobs in the future (say 4 years from now), I have also heard that Law is difficult to get into because there arent a ton of jobs their either. And for the record, I want to teach grade school, or preschool, or even own a daycare, just something working with children in the 2-12 age group. Any help, or information is appreciated. Thanks.

I went to Pima Medical Institute for medical coding and billing, and I have had nothing but problems. When I first started attending, the financial aid person went through everything with me, and got me the funding for the payment of my tuition, books and fees. On the account paper work, it showed that my schooling (all together with taxes and fees included) was $8,900 and then I requested a stipend, which added an aditional $3000 to my tuition costs. Now at first right after I requested the stipend, I asked her everything was taken care of, and if she had all of my paperwork in order, and she said yes, I asked this several times and I always got a yes. But I had a few problems with her losing my paperwork or needing me to sign things that I had already signed. Then, when I graduated, I got the shaft majorly, because they had promised me lifetime job placement, and I did get put in an extern site that was hiring (even though my extern supervisor said I did an a+ job) and when I brought this up to the school staff and externship coordinators, they told me that it was "job placement ASSISTANCE" meaning that they werent obligated to get me a job, or even an interview, only to help me look for job listings.....So now I was stuck looking for a job in a horrible economy, and trying to pay student loans. Then shortly after I graduated, the financial aid person contacted me and told me that I hadnt paid all my tuition, I was confused because she had said it was completely taken care of 8 months ago. So I asked for an itemized statement and I couldnt really understand it, so it didnt help much. But she insisted that I owed the school $2000, so I filled out my FAFSA and she took the 2000 out to pay what was allegedly left of my tuition. Now it is almost a year later, and she has written me a letter, claiming that she needs to take money out of what is left of my pell grant to pay MORE tuition. Does this make any sense to anyone else? This school is really screwing me over in every way possible. She has already had me take out around 11,000 dollars in federal student aid, to pay tuition on an $8000 program. And I feel that they lied to me, and continue to do so. But I have no one to help me figure it out. I definitely cannot afford a lawyer, and I have tried all the schools staff for questions regarding all my issues, and they all shuffle me around or lie to me. What should I do?

Im out of work (and tirelessly searching) and due to some family circumstances, Im not able to start school again for a couple months. So since I have nothing specific to do in the mornings, Im having trouble keeping my body on its right timing. Ive always had issues with going to bed early and waking up early. Im up late at night (usually till four or five) and I wake up around 10, And then im just completely unmotivated to do anything, im not sleep tired but body tired if that makes sense. And Ive spent the last 15 years of my life waking up at 6 am, so its not that my body isnt used to doing it. I know that most adults view staying up late and sleeping late as a lazy way to be, and I can understand that, but I just dont know what to do to fix it. Even when I only get a couple hours of sleep, im tired all day, so then I force myself to stay awake all day in an effort to reset my clock, only get a second burst of energy and awakeness right around bed time. What can I do to fix this? I want to be up all day and sleep all night like a normal person lol. And I dont want to have to depend on some type of pill to sleep.

My sister is married to a private in the Army. She got pregnant and wanted me to move in with her to help her out since her husband was going over-seas for a year. But in the few months leading up to him leaving, they army ie. his sergeants and other made it almost impossible for me to stay. Including telling me that I wasnt allowed to stay unless I had a job, we werent allowed to get a different apartment (just because they said so) and telling me that I wasnt allowed to use my sisters car (even though her and her husband were completely ok with it.). Now he is in afghanistan, and he tracks how my sister uses her debit card (which is a joint bank account between him and her, and hes afraid to not tell them exactly what shes doing, and what im doing for that matter, because they threaten him with an article 15 every two seconds. Now Ive been told by two different army sergeants that it is illegal for the army to completely control how he spends money, or who lives with him, or who drives his car, but he doesnt believe me. So i guess I just want some legal documentation stating the facts, or any proof for that matter. Can anyone help me out?

In my parents home we have had several weird occurences. For me, more than a couple times, I have heard a voice that sounds like my mother. For instance it sounded like my mom telling me tocome to her room, and it communicated with me, I thought it was her, It said my name and thinking it was my mom, I responded with what, then it said come up here, and I said for what, and it just said come up here...and when I got to my moms room, i asked her what she wanted and she told me that she hadnt called me at all. Then last night, I was up at about 2:30/3:00 am and I heard a loud bang in my hall way, which caused all three of my dogs to go nuts. At which point I heard my mom say "go back to sleep girls" referring to the dogs. And because they recognized her voice, they stopped barking. Then I heard running up and down the stairs for a few minutes. I decided to get up and check it out, and what I thought was completely weird was she was completely asleep and snoring and I didnt hear her door close at all. So i asked her about it and she said that she hadnt gotten up at all, so she didnt know what I had heard. My cousin heard the noise too, and also did not see my mom get up. Also, she and I have both had a female voice wake us up by saying our name in our ear. Also I have heard laughter and so has my sister, male diabolical sounding. Another occurence, was one night I woke up thinking that my boyfriend had fallen asleep in my bed, I was wide awake and I started to try to wake him up, and he wasnt waking up so I started nudging him harder and harder, and still he wouldnt wake up, and then all of a sudden I blinked, and he wasnt there. It was very odd. My brother has heard yawning and talking when no one else is in the house. We hear rustling randomly as well. My three year old neice would spend quality time talking to a friend, who she said was a grownup lady....all the time. So what kind of entity would go around impersonating my mothers voice and trying to talk to me and members of my family? I know this all sounds crazy but I dont know how else to explain it.

Ok so I think I may have Poly-cystic ovary syndrome, because I have a period probably once every 2 years. Just recently thought I thought that I may have had a period, but it was abnormal, it was a day after I had been sexually active, we used the pull out method (which i know is not a stellar form of birth controll) and it was red/brown and very very light. It was red and then brown toward the end. Ive heard that this can be a sign of pregnancy during the first trimester, but mind you, it was a day after i had, had sex...so i dont think that i would be having symptoms of pregnancy....and previous to that I hadnt had a period since september of 2008. Then this month (almost exactly a month after the first weird menstrual episode) I had the same strange red spotting, but it was more brown this time and it only lasted 3/4 days when the other had lasted 7. So I know that most of you are just going to tell me to go to the doctor, or take a pregnancy test. But I cant go to the doctor because I dont have any insurance. So I want to know, is there any other illness that can cause these symptoms. Statistically how likely is it that someone with PCOS can get pregnant? I will go to the doctor whenever I get the chance, but I would like to hear all possible answers. I really dont think that im pregnant, because I dont ovulate, and I havent had any symptoms of pregnancy. I dont know, just tell me what you think.

Im so frusterated, Ive been looking for months. I completely realize that theres a gazillion other unemployed people looking for a job right now and that my chances are slim to none....but its still possible to get a job. My problem is that everyone gives me different advice. so I want to hear from people that have gotten a job in the past year. What specifically did you do to get the job? Any tips would be helpful.

I just fall for people so easily, and I believe guys when they tell me they like me, and its really easy for me to fall for their games and believe them. Why do I do this and how can I stop?

I generally dont have sex with someone until I feel comfortable. But everyone knows that men will tell you anything to get into your pants. So If i give it up too soon, he will think that im easy, and not want to have a relationship with me. How long do I wait. And dont tell me to wait until marriage, that ship has sailed, and I dont believe that way anyway. But how can I tell when a guy really wants a relationship?

Ive been dating this guy, I mean we really clicked, were very similar. From the moment we started hanging out, he told me he didnt just want sex....we had sex though, and he was very loving. He would cuddle me, and I asked if we were "official" he said yes. I asked him if he was having sex with other women and if so did he consider it cheating on me, he said that he wasnt, and that he did consider it cheating. So the last date we had, he dropped me off, and before I got out of the car he gave me like a 2 minute kiss, and asked me to hang out with him on sunday. So sunday came and went and i texted him a few times, he didnt answer. I called, and also received no answer.

I know that sometimes I have to go with the "hes just not into you" thing, and really, i asked him to tell me if he didnt want to keep seeing me, because I explained that it upset me more for someone to avoid me than tell me the truth, even if the truth is harsh. So he has no reason to lie to me. He is military intelligence in the Army, so im thinking that he hasnt been answering me at all because he had to do something important, or maybe hes hurt. But why would he when he can break it off free and clear, and why so abruptly?

In these tough times, everyone knows how hard it is to get a job. I want to get a job more than anything, and ive been trying for literally months. Ive sent out hundreds of resumes and applications and I am not getting anywhere. I want to go to school for elementery education and I was wondering, how much money can I get in federal loans, I know that I qualify for pell grants, and the last time I attended school, it was a vocational school, and I was able to get 8000.00 in loans to pay for it. But thats because that was how much the prgram costs. So can I get the federal loans for the purpose of living expenses? I guess the main question im trying to ask is: Do i decide how much money I take out in federal loans, or do they base it on income and stuff like that? Also what other types of loans can I get that dont depend on credit? And please dont tell me to apply for scholarships.....ive tried that avenue.

Last night, I broke up with my boyfriend of almost 2 years. He had been emotionally unavailable, and hurtful to me for months, and after many discussions with him, explaining to him how I felt, and why it hurt, I got fed up. I had given him so many chances, and I had expressed to him in every way possible, how I felt and what I needed. Not to mention I tried my hardest to adhere to him and his needs. I never cheated on him, and I never lied to him. But last night I wrote him an email, basically telling him that I was done, and giving him the opportunity to prove his love to me. But he didnt write me back. Then two hours later, I got messages from several women who informed me that they had all had sex with him. So now Im stuck with all of these thoughts, and destructive feelings and he has dropped off the face of the earth. I just cant figure out what happened. He was an AMAZING boyfriend for the first year of our relationship, and he literally turned into a different person over night. He was calling and texting other women constantly (and locking his phone so that i couldnt see his texts) I found pics of naked women and text-sex messages prior to that. He was going out with girls and I was never alowed to come along. All of a sudden I had to beg for sex, he was always yelling at me, and he wouldnt even hug me. So its obvious to me that he lost his feelings for me, but why so suddenly? He kept telling me that he loved me and would do anything for me, even when I talked to him a few days before we broke up, all the while he was cheating. To add to the complexity of the situation, he lived with my family, and they basically supported him completely. So Ive come to the conclusion that he was using me, but why would be risk being homeless, and believe me he stood to lose alot if I found out he was cheating and broke up with him. Why couldnt he just tell me that he wasnt in love with me anymore, how do you just "fall out of love" with someone, and why was I so disposable to him. I just cant get over the fact that he didnt fight to keep me, and he called up the girl he was cheating with, literally 30 seconds after I broke up with him. I dont want him back, I just want answers, and closure.

I was told that since I attended college full time in 2009, that i would receive at least 2000.00 dollars in my tax refund...but when i completed all my forms on tax act it said i only qualified for 493.00 in refund. what am i doing wrong

Ive heard that there are long waiting lists for the nursing programs at community colleges and universities. But because places like Pima Medical Institute and Apollo College have a different class schedule...they dont so semesters. which makes it easier to push more students through. So does anyone know if my theory is correct at all? I really dont want to wait two years.
