  • WIll I risk my US citizenship by applying for a dual Filipino Citizenship?

I was born in the US in 1987 and am 23 years old. My father American and my mother Filipino. However, I've never held Filipino citizenship and would like to have dual citizenship with both countries. I want to be sure that I wouldn't risk losing my US citizenship.

  • Is a doctors scale or digital scale more accurate?

I weighted myself with clothes on on the doctors scale at my gym and weighted myself without my clothes at my house on a digital scale. The digital scale said I weighted about 3-4 pounds more than the doctors scale. What do you think? Thanks!

  • Should I text/talk to the girl before our first date?

I've been set up on a date for this Thursday and we've texted each other once already (on Saturday). I was planning on calling her on Wednesday to confirm plans. Is it ok to text her today or tomorrow or would that be overkill?

  • What's the best way to go to los Picos de Europa from Seville, Spain?

I'm currently studying abroad right now in Seville, Spain. Some students and I were talking about going there sometime during this semester. I'm trying to find train tickets, but cannot seem to find any to los Picos. Is there any city in particular that would be good to go through in order to arrive there. Maybe rent a car? or Maybe take the bus? Thanks and cheers!

  • I'll be studying abroad from January to May in Spain and I applied for the Schengen Visa.?

Once I finish studying in Spain, I was thinking about traveling for a bit in other Schengen countries (I also applied to do an internship in Portugal for about 2 months). Would I have to renew the visa even if I would not be in Spain?

  • What should I do about my girlfriend?

She has broken up with me twice in the past few days over another guy; however, always a few hours later she comes back to me crying asking me to forgive her. She's asked me to give her time and patience. She doesn't know what to do. She says she thinks she likes this guy but she also likes me and really wants to see what she should do. I told her how I felt about this and I have been upset and angry over it and she says she understands and all but has asked me to keep on going. I think this might have to do with me being in Paris, France for 2 months. I only have 1 more month left. I really like her and I would like to keep going but I also am starting to feel more and more drained by this. I talk to her everyday and I try to come to a resolution, but haven't. Any advice?

  • Paris Metro Navigo Card?

Last summer I went to school in Paris for a month and used the monthly Navigo card. This summer, I will be returning to Paris, but as an intern for two and a half months. I still have my Navigo card from last year. Is it possible to renew it online? Or will I have to renew it in Paris or is it not renewable? Merci beaucoup !

  • Double major + minor or Triple major?

As of right now, I'm a double major in Spanish and French business; however, would it be worth it to pick up a political science minor or major in public administration? Either way, it will not be hindering me from graduating on time. Realistically if I choose to do so, I can also pick up an economics minor as well regardless of me choosing a major or minor in Political Science. What are your thoughts? Thanks!

  • Studying Abroad in Spain?

I have recently just narrowed down my list of places to study abroad to two. I have been working on deciding where to go for the past year and I plan on studying in Spain next summer (summer 2009). However, I am wondering what people feel would be a better place to study: Barcelona or Valencia (Yes, I do know about the language barriers that I might encounter, but I'm not too concerned). Although this will not be the ultimate decision, I just want to have an idea. Also, if you feel that there might be a better place besides these two cities feel free to offer suggestions. Also, please tell me why it would be great. All help would be appreciated. Thanks!
