Is a doctors scale or digital scale more accurate?

I weighted myself with clothes on on the doctors scale at my gym and weighted myself without my clothes at my house on a digital scale. The digital scale said I weighted about 3-4 pounds more than the doctors scale. What do you think? Thanks!

I think it does not matter, which scale you use. Use 1 and only one scale. Scales are different as they are not all calibrated to exact accurate. It is not your weight that is important but how you feel and the way your clothes fit.

Your weight can variety surprisingly in accordance to the time of day and between days extraordinarily for women human beings. So extremely you will not weigh precisely teh comparable as you probably did on the docs. some digitial scales although are stricken by the outdoors on which they stand. you may locate you weigh much less on carpet than you do in case you place the scales on a not ordinary floor adn in case you progression the scales you may come across a difference. examine what teh instrucitons to your scales say. i think this may well be why docs dont' use them yet i don't comprehend.
