I'm doing a business law assignment. If I have made references to a legal case in the assignment but I have read about that case in another book and haven't actually read the case report itself. Should I include the case in the bibliography? (OR should I only include the book that contained information about that case?)

Australian Guide to Legal Citation 3rd ed says:

Bibliography should list all sources that were relied upon (not only those referred to in the text and footnotes).

I need a good software to help me remember different stuff for my studies.

I know there are some sites and softwares for this which let you create cards and review and answer them...

please tell me a good software or website for that.

* I don't care about the sharing and web 2.0 features...

* It doesn't have to be free.

But the problem is that I don't get tired like that, I'm not very energetic or strong, etc... but I just don't get tired like that. I can keep watching TV until 6AM and stay awake...

I can make myself feel exhausted at night by doing lots of sport activities, etc... but my daily routine is not like that at all. I can hardly get half an hour exercise a day.

So what can I do for that? to sleep better...well let me correct it...to fall asleep more easily.

I have a good idea for a computer system to help people.

What is the right way to talk about this system with people while keeping this idea secure under my rights?

We cooked fish a few weeks ago and from that day our hall (close to kitchen) smells like fish. First days was very bad and now it's much better.

(We opened the windows for long long time and used deoudourizer sprays)

Now you can't smell it when you ar in home for few hours (I think your nose gets used to it!) but if I go out for a few minutes and come back I can still smell it and this is bad when we have guests etc...

- Don't know what kind of fish it was

- Cooked fish before, never has happened before

- No other thing (dead animals, etc...) is causing the smell.

Please help

Currently, electricity costs about 12.3 cents per kWh. What would be the cost of:

a) Leaving a 100 W light globe on for 20 minutes?

b) Boiling a 1000 W electric jug for 3 minutes?

c) Running a 2.4 kW electric heater for 12 hours per day for the 100 days of winter?

c) If one of the lights blow, what happens to the brightness of each globe? Explain?

Well, first of all I have to describe it good enough for you to understand me so please read it carefully. Not only your answer will help me a lot but also I think it is good for you just to think about it.

I'm 17 , When I was in my country all the teenage (13-14) guys were looking after boyfriend/girlfriend and I was as well...

I gradually realized that nearly 100% of people (at least around me) are very immature and they're boyfriend/girlfriend stuff is just like a childs game. Today with him , tomorrow with the other...

Today love , tomorrow hate and....

I was kinda much more mature than them and I couldn't stand these type of people so I just gave up and stopped looking for girlfriend however I was feeling that I need to have someone to love and have sex with.

I thought this is just in my country but now I've came to Australia (Melbourne) and I see the same thing in here, even worse. I'm at college now, students look like mature adults they're tall, driving cars, etc... but in reality they're much younger, at least it seems like this to me.

I had a girlfriend here and she broke up with me (without any fight..) and the reason was that she was thinking that all her friends are insane and they're immature but I'm "gentleman" and mature.

One of them was asking me If I like boyfriend/girlfriend sharing or not?!

I don't get it, what the hell is "girlfriend sharing"?

If I wanted to share my girlfriend with another person I'd simply pay a ho*ker. If I wanted to have sex with different girls every week I'd just pay hookers instead of playing this whole role of fake immature love...

My problem now is that I'm 17 and I feel more than 17, I want to have someone to love and have sex with but I can't be with those girls, they enjoy the things that I don't and they're looking after things that are not important to me at all and from the other side I'm not old enough to have a older girlfriend (physically most of them are taller than me and for example if I have a 19 years old girlfriend she'd expect me to have a car , go to the bar with her, etc... which I can't yet)

Now also all people are around me are like that so this is the only place I may have access to some other people.

So I'm stuck in the between, and I'm not asking for a solution to this however If you have any I'd be more than happy to hear it.

But I'm asking you to share your opinions and experiences about this kind of situation or this stage of your life.

I do software design in college and we have a software programming assessment task for next term.

We have quite a long time to go and therefore have some good relaxing time to program and even learn something new and then program...

What are some good ideas? I mean what kind of program do you think i can make? I want something useful and probably with quite a lot of algorithm works.

I know Python and Visual Basic quite well but we're allowed to use any programming language...

How can i make a shortcut which connects me to internet?

I mean just a single shortcut which when you click on it you are immediately connected, no user input like hitting enter,etc... is needed.

And also another one for disconnecting.

I want to backup my 23 GB drive on dvds. What is a good backup software which can split the data on my drive and write on cd or dvd?

I mean I don't want to write the folders on dvd cuz I will get them in wrong order (because of splitting...) I want the software for example to make a big file and write it part by part on dvd and just tell me to insert a new dvd.

and for recovering also the same process...

I have a macbook pro with Mac OS X (Leopard) and Vista Ultimate x64

(Bootcamp) , How can I format my WINDOWS drive from MAC (I remember there is an option in bootcamp saying "restore to a all mac...") without losing other datas on other drives so basically my question is will I lose my data on another drives?

B: is my another drive

If I click that button on Mac , will I lose C: or both?

* It's not possible for me to make a backup before at all and I HAVE TO do it.
