I hate that when I get drunk my friends say I get lound. For instance tonight, I thought I kept talking in my "inside" voice but 2 of my friends insisted that I was much louder than I was. Like instead of talking I'm yelling, but in my ears, I'm talking at a normal level. How do I stay quieter? Is there a certain trick?

I'm looking at a 2002 LR RR Rhino edition. How reliable are these trucks? I know the final years 00-02 most of the electrical gremlins were worked out. Most I see people having difficulties with the air suspension on these range rovers.

I'm not sure if the one I'm looking at has had the suspention replaced to coils yet. Other than the EAS what else should I look for? Honestly it just looks like I should avoid EAS but I hear good things about the system as well. So a little conflicted here.

So I just bought a car Friday. It's a 1996 honda accord coupe. My front left (drivers side) tire seems to be pushed back a bit. Like closer to the back of the wheel well rather than the center. The car pulls to the left as well so I'm sure I need an alignment but what would cause my tire to be pushed so far back and not in the center of the wheel well like the other wheels?

It seems like if it were pushed back maybe 2 inches or so it would be rubbing the plastic in the wheel well.

This summer feels like it'll be my last summer. I can't see past august or even really July. I know I'll go in a car accident. I'm not too upset about the way I'll die. I'm just not ready. I know we all have to die and I feel like I've served my purpose even though I'm only 19. I can't see much if anything left for me to do here.

I'm not ready to go though. I don't want to leave my little sister behind. I won't even get to see her turn 16. That's most upsetting to me. I just can't shake this feeling. It's like each time I get into a car I feel like this could be "it". You know? Like last year a friend and I had the exact same dream where I wrecked her jeep. A couple months later I wrecked her jeep when I hit a thick patch of ice.

I'm just not ready to go, I want to live a little longer but there's nothing else for me to do here. I've served my purpose and I can't accept that. What do I do?

1993 Honda Accord LX (F22a1) 4AT

At idle the car is about 1500 rpm cold all the way up until warm..but at idle it vibrates a little, with the air on idle drops to 500rpm and the car shakes violently. Also my dizzy is leaking oil. Every so often the engine has a sputter or misfire. Light light pinging noise. I'm sure it's out of time. My ignition anyway.

I smell gas when the car is off and after driving it my catalytic converter is smoking. Really stumped here.

Okay this is going to be extremely vague so I'm not expecting much but this song is from the 80s and it's a woman singing kinda soft and high at the same time and the beat and rythem of the song is kind of slow. Similar to the song "(don't wanna be) all by myself". I think I remember hearing the song in an old lexus commercial from the early 90s on YouTube. But I'm not quite sure. I think the lyrics were like .... "by the river" or that could just be what I want to hear since you can hardly understand what the woman is saying becuase she's like singing in falsetto.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Sorry I know it's not much to go on.

Car: 1993 honda accord F22a1

So when my engine was overhauled my mechanic told me I needed new fuel injector o rings then demonstrated why. As he primed my ignition and turn the key to start it gas SPEWED out of my injectors. A couple days later I tried to start my car again and to my surprise no gas from the injectors. I could head every thing working but saw no gas.

Now my car runs but it idles rough and there's a misfire every so often and it hesitates when accelerating. There's also some sputtering. Also I get a raw gas smell after I turn it off.

I checked for vacuum leaks and at the fuel rail I could hear a high pitched whistling. More so at the injectors. Could the injectors leaking sound like a vacuum leak as well?

I have had an engine overhaul recently. (January) my car has been idling at 2100+ rpm and shudders when it's being started.

I've adjusted my throttle cable and now it idles at 1100 rpm cold (correct rpm). I was able to test drive it today and the car shudder when switching from park to drive and from drive to reverse and vice versa.

The car has A LOT of hesitation when accelerating and there is sputtering when driving and idling. Also once I began to park the car it idled at 2000 rpm again. What could be the cause?

After my engine swap was completed my mechanic couldn't get my car started (2 harnesses that go to the ecu weren't connected). I replaced my dizzy becuase I thought it was bad, it wasn't. Once it did catch it idled at 2.5k rpm. The hard start and sputtering continued until yesterday when I switched out my dizzy with the old one. Now my car starts A LOT better but it still idles at 2.5k rpm.

My uncle and I noticed that when we played with the throttle under the hood we could get the idle down to 800rpm and it would run smooth as butter. The throttle cable isn't very loose or tight. Like there isn't much slack but it's enough to pull it back just a little bit. How can I adjust it? I just want to get my car idling properly.

If my throttle is actually fine then what else could it be? Also I'm starting to hear what is starting to sound like a knock from my engine and it's not just oil burning off of my header. The connection of the radiator hose to the engine was loose and smoke came through the gap it had. Overall I'm not feeling too optimistic about my situation anymore.

Okay the entire engine was replaced in January. I just got the car started yesterday (2 harnesses were not plugged in preventing it from starting). It's billowing white smoke, I smell gas and oil (using my old belts from old engine which threw a rod). Any ideas as to what the hell is going on?

I replaced my dizzy the same morning thinking that was stopping my car from starting.

When I first started the car it had a hard time catching, (about 4 tries) when it finally did it idled at 2k rpms. I let it run for about 30 seconds then shut it off. Now it's idling at 3-3.5k and smoking. It doesn't smell sweet, just burned oil or oil for that matter really. It also had a squeal when it started (my belts) when I popped the hood there was light smoke coming from the belts which were drenched in oil last July when my car threw a rod.

EDIT: I just remembered that I power washed my engine before it got put in but it was installed in January. Would the water still be in there? Just sitting stagnant??? I mean I plugged every hole I saw then washed it, but it could explain the white smoke which is a characteristic of burning water/antifreeze. But it was blowing white smoke for at least a minute before I decided to shut it off.

Why do so many gay males have a a problem dating outside their race or only dating whites and Latinos. Seriously it never fails to see this on someone's profile whether it be grindr, jackd, scout, etc. it's always no blacks no Asians only whites and Latinos.

Seriously? And I just want to find a nice hot Asian or Latin guy to date but since I'm "black" they simply look past me. So last week on my birthday my..guy friend came to see me while I was with some friends. And we were just dyeing our hair at home. So I was charging my phone and I asked to see his phone, which he handed over without a problem. Well it was locked so I asked for the password in which over an hour of time lapsed and he refused to give me the password. Finally he gives me the password and I'm just scrolling through his apps, then pictures (all if which I've seen nothing new). That's about it and he snatches his phone away and was like "okay that's enough, I need to charge it." His phone was on the charger and it's not like I was going through his messages.

Last night I had a dream that I had his phone, unlocked it and went straight to the messages and he was texting MULTIPLE people and calling them "babe" and whatnot and only one of the numbers wasnt saved it was 817-545-xxxx I can't remember the last digits. It really upset me and I woke up and the first thing I did was ask him who else he was talking to.

He wasnt straightforward with his answer. It was vague "I have other things to worry about, like my car." Was his response, then he proceeded to get defensive when I asked why he wasnt straightforward about it.

I told him my intuition made me feel like there was someone else (which I have always thought) and he said "don't follow your intuition" "believe what you want"

And he's ALWAYS on his phone when he's around me, constantly texting other people and facebooking even when I'm trying to have a serious convo with him. It's just so upsetting and doesn't inspire confidence in the relationship. I let him go through BOTH of my phones and I'm always giving him my undivided attention and it's never the same for me.

Another thing is he's going to Austin in a few days and he's staying for about 5 days and his ex is down there. I'm not exactly worried but at the same time I'm not confident with my trust with him going there, I mean he and his ex broke up because the ex didnt want to move to California with him. Feelings could still be there.

Alrighty. I'm gay obviously and Im adding to my wardrobe for college. I really love the look of high waisted jeans and I have a very feminine body shape. And I've tried on high waitsted shorts at forever 21 and urban outfitters and got compliments from the workers and my friends and even a couple random people in the dressing rooms. The shorts just were not me though lol.

Where can I find highwasted jeans? And how will I know my size in them? I wear 33x32 in guys jeans. Sometimes a 34x32. Anyways what's the equal in girls jeans? And I literally just want 2 pair. One black and one white lol. I dress kinda 80s/90s vintage and then I have a couple of pieces that are early 00s. I just need some help. Tried buying online. Sizes confused me lol. Thanks.

It's a bit of a rant.

Okay so literally I never ask my mom for anything. I've been working since I was 16. I never needed to ask my mom for stuff once I started making my own money. I pay my own phone bill, buy my own clothes, etc. So Saturday is PVAMU homecoming game. A friend and I want to drive to PVAMU on Friday evening and arrive back Sunday morning. We know people down there, we have a place to stay etc. so my friend drives a jeep and it gets terrible gas mileage. Well my mom drives a cavalier and we're sharing the car right now. So I ask to borrow the car this one time. I NEVER ASK FOR THE CAR EVER! This is literally my first time ever asking for anything in YEARS. I told her we would leave the jeep with her and that it has a full tank of gas.

She kept insisting that we take the jeep and I told her that it takes $80 to fill it up and we would probably fill the jeep up over 3 times if we took it just going there. That's over $300. Her answer "you guys need more money then. Ask her mom for more money, she makes more money than me." I told her me and Erin were putting gas in the car. We were going to pay for it as I get paid Friday. Then she's all like "well use her moms car" her mom drives a HONDA PILOT! That's no better! I kept telling her I needed her car because it got great gas mileage on the highway and once we got to PV the car would be parked until Sunday when we left. She's making a really big deal out of this. Like I'm not leaving you carless, I'm putting gas in your car, I'm asking to borrow it ONE time. Then she's like "I use to have to ask people for rides all the time." Like wtf are you stupid? I'm going to my college (ill be attending PVAMU in January) for 2 days for homecoming. The least you could do is let me borrow your car and we give you the jeep to use. She doesn't even drive on the weekends. I use to ask her for stuff and it was always "no" or "let me think about it" which meant no. Seriously. Ill be 19 in December. I ask ONE favor of you and you can't even grant me that?!

Yea mom because I totally destroy wiring in electric relays in cars. Car falling apart due to Texas heat. You guessed it, my fault. Dog gets sick, my fault. Cable gets cut off. My fault. Yup. Everything is always my fault. Then she talks about how I never own up to my mistakes and don't take responsibility for my actions. Um hello, I do.

Ugh I just HATE her so ******* much. Like I NEVER ask for anything ever!! I ask for one thing and it's a no. Then she always thins I'm lying! Tf I gotta lie for? I'm grown! I haven't lied to her about anything since freshman year! I use to lie about going to hookah bars. That's it! Swear I ******* hate her. Ugh.

Sunday night I went out with a friend and we had a few too many to drink. I mean we were blacking out and whatnot. We met up with friends at the club and a guy I talk to who was close to being my boyfriend. Well I remember being on the dancefloor with one said friend when a guy comes and dances on us. We talked. .I think and he initiated a kiss which my friend next to me who was no where as drunk as me cheered the kiss on.

Anyways my guy friends sister was there unknown to all of us. Saw, and took pictures. Aside from me passing out every so often I don't remember much. In the morning I tried talking to him about it as he had pictures too and he brushed it off and was passive aggressive about the whole situation. I wanted to explain myself and apologize.

Today his sister contacted said friend from earlier and now my guy friend wont talk to me at all. I've left him various kik messages apologizing and all he does is read them. Help please.

My sister will be 16 next year (Aug. 17) anyways my mom and I were talking about what to get her. MY sister is VERY fond of the 350z and really wants one. While I think that's a fine first car as mine was a Porsche Cayenne S (stupid parents) my mom disagreed and said she doesn't need a sports car. My sister is very responsible so i thought it was fine.

I was talking to my sister today and she said if she couldn't get the 350z any small car would do. I suggested the Mustang and got an immediate no. I've suggested a Jeep Wrangler in red to her which she wasn't opposed to at all. So guys what's small used car that's sporty looking, and would appeal to a teenage girl. Do not suggest the VW bug or Cabrio. she hates those as well.

I'll describe my sister so you can get a feel for her personality and as to what might appeal to her.

Smart, Kind, talented, band geek (flute), trustworthy, LOVES Lana Del Rey, dresses very hipster-like, goofy, nice, quiet, can be reserved, can also be a bit shy, she isn't snobby or stuck up, she's short (5'2), cares alot about academics, likes to go to the mall and hang out with her friends.

Ever since I "came out" and not on my own terms. "Thanks mom". She has been nothing but a b**** to me. Always talking about the way I dress, telling me I can't have kids, telling me I need to pray to God and that I have a demon in me. All this bs. My sophomore year of hs when she snooped around my stuff and read something very personal of mine which led to my coming out she has bullied and taunted me. My dad even got so fed up of her that he offered me to live with him. He lives in another state so I declined. My home life got so bad that I couldn't focus in school and went into deep depression and I had to have a therapist. I even contimplated suicide. My mom would bully the mess out of me then like a day later be all like "you know I love you no matter what" and all this other bs. I eventually moved out it got so bad. I lived with my grandparents and that was boring but I was finally able to be a normal teen. Junior year I moved back with my mom. Things were okay. But by that time we had already had 2 fist fights and multiple verbal fights and I knew by that time that I hated her. Senior year. I partied a lot. But my curfew was 12:30am. for a 17 year old turning 18 that was just stupid. Everyone stayed out until 3am or didn't have curfews. So second semester I pushed the limits and started staying out until 2am. That was okay. I was finally able to act and hang around other young adults. Graduation. I just leave whenever I want. I never asked my mom for anything I had a job. I had my own money. All I did was sleep and shower at home. So I didn't ask for anything. So last night a friend and I went out. We left at like 10:25pm and met with some other friends and went to hookah. We also went to club S4. Well I didn't get home until 4am. I honestly don't see a problem with it. I don't ask you for anything. You treat me like $h*t anyway so why is it a problem if I stay out late? I just hate her so much she's such a b****
