My regular backpack recently broke and I need to get a new one. I am interested in possibly buying a sling backpack, but I am unsure what stores sell them. So my question is, what stores can I find them at? Also, I am looking for a sling backpack that will be able to carry a 1.5-2 inch thick binder.

Okay. So about two weeks ago, my neighbor asked me to take care of her dogs (for two days). She has a Corgi and a Collie. So wwhen I went over the first night to take them in, only the Collie would come in. I saw the Corgi, but he just ran off. It was getting late, so i decided to let the corgi stay outside for the night. The next morning, I went back to feed them and I only saw the collie. For the rest of the day, I did not see the corgi. So that night, the neighbor came over to pay me and to find out where the corgi is. I told her what happended and she said that it has happened before. She said that she would look closer, call neighbors, and visit the local pound. For about a week, I kept offering her my help. So today my mom went to the grocery store. She told me that she saw our neighbor. My mom asked her if she had found the corgi and the neighbor walked away. Obviously, she is pissed. But, I dont think that she should be angry with me (and my family) because her super shy dog ran off. Also, they had an electric fence, so i dont know how the dog got passed it. My mom is suggesting that we buy them a new dog and write them an apology letter, but I dont think that that is necessary because we did nothing wrong- their dog did. How can i make peace with my neighbors?

My underwear has become somewhat dirty and I no longer want it. Is it possible to sell this on ebay? Can I legally send it in the mail to a relative if I cant sell it on ebay?

Yesterday I went to my local Pet Supplies Plus store to buy some fish for my pond. When I went to the fish department, I was very disturbed at what I saw. There was a big tank filled with hundreds of goldfish! Sure, that might not seem bad, but when you looked at the bottom of the tank, there were dead goldfish everywhere! It was very saddening, not to mention that the water had a greenish tone to it. Am I correct to label this as a violation of animal rights, and if so, how do i go about reporting it? And just to say, this was the first time I ever went into that store. Also, we went to wallmart afterwards and bought some HAPPY and LIVELY little goldfish :)

Okay, so every other day or so, I get an email (s) from somebody I don't know. Whenever I open the emails, they say nasty things like "dog porn" or "britney spear's boobies". Every message has some sexual reference in the same format. So I emailed back to one of these messengers to leave me alone and I never got an email back from that person. However, I did get the same email from another spammer (probably the same person under another false name). These emails are becoming more frequent and Im really peeved! They NEVER show up in my spam box. I know that none of my friends would go this far to prank me, so this must be some internet freak. Has anybody else been receiving strange emails lately? And how can I stop this once and for all?

My friends and I were planning on creating a youtube video inside a walmart or target, but before we did, we wanted to know if it is legal to film inside a public store. Like, we wont be making any money off of this video, so I dont see how we could be sued. Does anybody have any information regarding this matter? I live in Virginia.

I know that this question might seem really dumb, but it is important to me. I would like to know why life is So Unfair. Like, why is there so much inequality socialy in our country? Why do some people don't get credit for their hard work? Why do some people die young? Why do bad things happen to good people, while good things happen to bad people? - things like that that make life unfair. Thanks for reading.

If I were to have "accidently" inhaled my dog's petrified poop, would it make me sick? AND NO, this is an actual question!

So, there is a program at our school called "the math academy" that helps students who have trouble in math class. Although I am not opposed to what they tutor in there, I AM OPPOSED to what they DO in there. The other day, I walked by their room and saw all of the kids (like 20) eating chips and sipping soda. So I asked somebody who is in this program about this and she said that the teachers always give them free snacks. This seemed a bit odd in my head. So later that day, I found out some more information about this "study program". I found out that every two weeks the entire group gets on a bus at lunch and goes to a local ice-cream shop (AND I found out that they also go out to Ruby Tuesday every month). So this got me thinking. Why don't I see any of us smart (honors/advanced) kids going out to dine.? I find that this is totally unfair because they are rewarding the dumb kids (well, not dumb, but not as smart) for their "hard work" (aka: eating chips and drinking soda-WHILE DOING MATH) while they are neglecting us smart kids. Where is our ice-cream treat!??? After all, we actually PAY ATTENTION in class and achieve our grades. So my friend and I were talking to his mom about this and she said that the school might be doing this to encourage students to do their work. BUT, if this was encouragement, isnt the school clearly stating that it is okay to fail, because you will always get rewarded? Anyhow----- here is my question. WHY IS MY SCHOOL NEGLECTING THE SMART CHILDREN (WHEN THEY ARE ACTUALLY WORKING), WHILE THE STANDARD STUDENTS ARE GETTING REWARDED?

I was just wondering; is it dangerous to eat poop? Like, if you did, what would happen to you?

Well, my main question is "why do teachers sit good kids next to bad kids?". I am in 7th grade and and I am taking history. At first, I thought that history class would be interesting, but suddenly the teachers gave us all assigned seats. Each grading period, our history teacher, Mrs. O gives us new assigned seats.However, each time we have switched seats,I have been put next to the trouble makers (aka : bad people). Today was out first day of the marking period and guess what!?!, I ended up next to the only two trouble makers that I haven't sat next to! I was so disappointed. This really makes me angry because each time, some people end up next to their friends while others (like me) do not. Never have I sat next to any of my friends. This also bothers me because the people I end up next to copy my papers. I work so hard each day in history (achieving a 100% on my report card) and I behave my very best, but I feel that my good behavior and hard work is never recognized because Mrs. O doesn't give a hoot about me. She only seems to care about the kids who need help. Whenever, I do feel like asking her to switch my seat, I back down afraid that I will offend her or hurt her feelings. I try to understand from Mrs. O's point, but I dont deem her point as resonable. So, my question is, "why do some teachers put good well behaved kids next to intollerant, rude kids?' and "how can I explain to my teacher that I want a different seat without hurting her feelings"? ok. So whenever I am on my bus, I bring my ipod along to listen to, however, whenever I do, people are always asking to use it. I got my ipod touch around xmas, and the day I brought it, people were asking me, "do you have tap tap" or, "can I see it?". Finally, I just gave in and let them play. Eventually, they (my busmates) went into a habit of using my ipod touch. Now, I am getting really pissed with them because they are always asking, and I never get time with it. Now, I just listen to my ipod when they are not looking, and when the kids who want to use it get on the bus, I simply put it away. I am really getting sick of this situation when I know that they are perfectly capable of getting their own. My question is, why do they always want to use it and how can I stop them? I am running for vice president of my grade. The election day is on Thursday, so I really need some ideas. Today at a dance, I handed out some business cards with my name on it and what I am running for. For my birthday, a good friend of mine gave me a gift card to one of my favorite stores. Today, when I went to redeem my gift card, the cashier told me it was already used. I told the cashier that I got it as a gift and that I had not used it. She called the 1-800 number on the card and the person on the telephone looked up the history on the card and told us that the card was used in January of 2007. I could not believe it! I told her that I only got it a few weeks ago and she asked me if it came in a gift card holder. Then, I remembered that it came inside a birthday card. I do not think that my friend meant to do this to me and I am guessing that it was laying around the house and he thought it was unused. How can I tell him that he gave me a used gift card without hurting his feelings or being rude? How should I handle this situation?

I just bought an episode of spongebob (20,000 patties under the sea) on itunes and when I was downloading it on to my computer, I accidentally hit the x button and got out of itunes. When I opened itunes, the episode I was downloading before was gone. It was not downloading. When I went to see my shopping history, it said that I bought the spongbob episode, but when I checked if it was in my tv show, it was not. How can I get my partialy downloaded episode back???
