With an estimated 8 million members worldwide, scientology has grown very fast with the 60 years of its creation. Made up by a certified crazy, sci-fi writer, it somehow still managed to catch on and spread like wildfire.

Is this one subject where atheists and the religious can readily agree, that this cult is stupid and yet appeals to many people?

If you believe that people who do not believe in Jesus will burn in hell, then surely Jeffrey Dahmer, who killed and dismembered 17 boys but was a repentant Christian, would be happy in heaven while his victims burn?

Hitler was raised a Catholic, so he could be allowed access to heaven while the millions of Jews murdered would all be hell bound?

If a belief in Jesus is required for salvation then what do you believe happens to people who have never heard of god? For example African tribes who have never met a Westerner? Will they go to hell for a lack of belief in a being they've never heard of?

I trained for 4 months at a BJJ school here in New Zealand. The amount of injuries I saw was really quite concerning. I personally had two injuries (neck crank and throat crushed by forearm) before I gave it up. The instructors were two blue belts, both with 6-7 years experience and trained under Roger Gracie. Sadly theres simply not enough black belts (probably 5-6 in the country) for every school to be instructed by them. Do you think this is a problem? Should only black belts be instructing?

I know that BJJ is full contact and has to be hard on you, but how often do injuries occur? Does it sound unusual to be epidemic in the school, or is it just the nature of joint locks and rolling that injuries are gauranteed?

What does Western laws say in regards to two underage people having sex? Normally an adult with a child would be charged with stat rape, but is there such a thing as double stat rape?
