Hypothetical question...... Your in Alaska.... You want a firearm for bear protection..... A long gun... Would it be a shotgun with slugs?... Or would you use a rifle chambered in a large caliber.... A .300 Winchester Magnum or larger?..... Seems like this is being asked quit a bit this evening....

I see many people here suggest you stay away from corrosive ammunition.... If this stuff is so bad then why is it made?... Is there an advantage to this stuff that's not commonly known?... or maybe it has a military purpose?.... 7.62X39mm specifically....

The only thing I have ever heard is this corrosive stuff works better at low temperatures.... We all know the disadvantages of this stuff..... So Whats the upside to this stuff?

Where did the word sheeple originate??? I know is a pejorative used against most of the mindless public but what writer, politician or social commentator came up with this?.....

Here are 5 photo's of my Romanian WASR-10 AK47..... AS you can see it blew up on me.... Luckily it didn't take my head off..... I had 2 gunsmiths look this rifle over to see what caused this.... I was using Hot Shot brand polymer coated 7.62x39MM ammunition.... You will note in the photo of the chamber -- That's not the chamber your looking at but a cartridge with the rear blown off leaving the side of the cartridge stuck in the chamber....

Any Opinions.... ???

Look at the rivets that are blown off the side.... Note how the explosion blew out the side of the receiver....

As the US dollar continues to collapse and our money becomes more worthless the price of oil will rise (Happening now)........ Do you feel the real reason we are in Iraq is because the powers to be expect the US dollar to decline so bad we wont be able to pay $125 to $250 a barrel for oil.... Then will Iraq serve as Americas Gas Pump? We wont be able to buy oil in USA $$$ dollars on the world market but will be able to get it at the end of a gun barrel in Iraq......... Opinions Please ?
