Can I train to be a tour guide online?
I had a great time when I was shown around St Petersburg with an excellent tour guide.
3 AnswersOther - Europe10 years agoChemical Formula: CH8 C6 H2(NO2)8 + Hg(CNO)2 [From Aldous Huxley - Brave New World]?
I know it's an equation, not strictly a formula, but I am wondering what the NAME of this, each part or the compound is.
It looks toxic with the Mercury (Hg) in it, but does anyone know what it is?
(other famous formulas from fiction might be interesting too!)
Thanks in advance.

10 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoSudden growth/change in girls abdomen - urgent advice please...?
A close friends wife (33) has had one child 4.5 years ago.
Last week she complained of a stomach pain which has developed 'overnight' into a hard mass. She has visited the hospital and had an MRI. The technician said 'What the hell is that!?'.
Operation scheduled for 9th July.
She was called in yesterday, later found out for BP/basline monitoring.
Apparently her condition is now deteriorating and they are considering going to hospital sooner.
The lady in question often worries and stresses herself and had a rigid / strict upbringing. Her husband is laid back, but determined. Both want a second child.
I have suggested fibroids and fluid filling, but I don't know. Any good advice will be passed on.
Many thanks.
I know this might not be the best place to ask, but it won't hurt.
7 AnswersWomen's Health1 decade agoCool Chick...trying to make a choice...advice?
My good friend is turning 20 soon and I wanted to give her a top, as she is a fairly 'Cool Chick' (her phrase, not mine!)
I came across these http://www.cafepress.com/igotthemusic/5545124
And want to know which ones you would prefer as a gift from a friend? (I think the thong would just be awkward!)
4 AnswersFashion & Accessories1 decade agoIpsos Mori - anyone with experience working for them?
A friend of mine has an interview with Ipsos Mori and I was wondering if anyone had any experience working for them and any hot tips?
Alternatively tips for a job interview.
This is not the first interview, so my friend knows the basics of researching the company, dress code, preparation etc. So some more advanced stuff would be great.
Thanks
4 AnswersOther - Careers & Employment1 decade agoSummertime by Gershwin (and Fantasia), what does the original lullaby sound like and mean?
This is one of those 'standard' songs that sort of grabs you and hooks you for life.
Fantasia Barrino recently did a version.
Anyway, a blog I'm following at http://igotthemusic.com/ says it's based on a Ukrainian lullaby 'Oi Khodyt Son Kolo Vikon' (A Dream Passes By The Windows).
Anyone know where I can hear this online - or better yet live?
2 AnswersOther - Arts & Humanities1 decade agoSkin, itchiness and that special cream...?
My friend gets itchy skin on their lower legs from time to time. They recently saw a new doctor who gave them steroid cream which seems to ease the itchiness.
1. As there is no pattern to the cause, anyone any idea what causes this (not diet, checked!)
2. How does the seroid cream get rid of the itchiness?
3. Does anyone know of anything else that might help?
(have tried a lot, but won't list yet!)
Thanks in advance.

As http://www.ronpaul2008.com/ still says now there are two, does this mean that although he did not win the party nomination, he will stand as an independent?
Would this make it the first real three candidate race since Ross Perot?
For balance:
Are also running!
So that means four potential candidates?
