Do I need to file company accounts while dissolution is incomplete?
I've applied for a company to be struck off (Companies House, UK)
They say it takes three months to complete, but in the mean time I am due to file annual accounts.
The company is not trading, but do I still need to file to avoid the fine, even though dissolution has begun?
1 AnswerCorporations8 years agoWhat are the likely problems with my central heating if one radiator needs bleeding often?
I have one radiator that goes cold and requires bleeding a lot more often than all the others. It also seems to be a bit more noisy than the others too.
Here are some details -
- I just had a brand new boiler installed yesterday.
- This problem was occurring for months before the boiler installation.
- The radiator was bled during installation and was required again only 12 hours later.
- When the heating goes on the problem radiator sounds louder than the others as the water rushes in.
- The flat is a single-level (ground floor conversion) with six radiators
- The flat is about 100 years old
- The radiators seem to be between 10-15 years old.
- I have no idea how old the pipework is, but it's no newer than the rads.

7 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoHow to glaze an old sash window?
When initially placing the glass in the frame, is the bead of putty enough to hold the glass until the glazing points go in?
Or must I support the glass additionally in some way? There is no lip in my old sash frame and little room for wooden beading.
5 AnswersDecorating & Remodeling1 decade agoHow do I re-glaze an old Victorian sash window?
It appears to be have been done previously without wooden beading, just held in place with a substance that is as hard as plaster filler. Also the old glass does not appear to be inserted into the wooden frame.
There is not much room for wooden beading. How do you recommend I glaze it?
