  • How to take someone down?

So, my friend and I always get into little play fights and wrestling matches, but she always managed to thrash me. What are some good methods to pinning someone down? Like a hold or a lock or something. The more the merrier! I don't want to hurt her though. Just subdue her :) Thanks!

  • Question about music copyright on Youtube?

I do Let's Plays on Youtube and was thinking of doing one of Silent Hill. However, I watched a play-through done by someone else and they had to mute the opening scene do to copyright. Thing is, the didn't give credit or anything in the description... So, if I give credit or something, do I still have to mute the music? It really takes away from the gameplay if I do. Thanks!

  • Help with understanding guitar tabs?

Hi! I just picked up a guitar today and started learning and I'm kind of getting the hang of it, so I tried to play a song... I'm trying to learn American Pie, but there's these chord with m's and 7's after them, and I don't know what they mean! I'm assuming the m either means major or minor, but I'm not sure about the numbers. For example, some of the chords say A7, Em7, Am7, D7 and so on. Any help? Oh, here's the link to the sheet music so you know what I'm talking about: http://goo.gl/Q3z9n

Also, here's a bonus... How do I make the finger positions less awkward? It feels funny and sometimes it hurts, haha. Also, the strings sometimes cut into my fingers. Thanks!

  • How long would someone be able to survive a knife-wound before bleeding out?

I'm writing an action novel and I would like for it to be as accurate and realistic as possible when it comes to these sort of things. The more in-depth and informative the better :D Fun facts are welcome too :)

  • I have a few questions about the Midnight Game? 10 points for best answer!?

So, I was thinking of playing the Midnight Game, but I'm confused on some parts. Here are my questions:

1: What exactly happens if the Midnight Man catches you?

2: Could I possibly die if this is real?

3: It says you have to start the ritual at 12:00 am sharp, but the final of the 22 knocks MUST be at 12:00 am too. Do I have to complete the entire thing in under 60 seconds? (Meaning write my name, turn off all the lights, light the candle, and knock?)

4: Do you do the ritual outside or inside of your house? Like, on my front porch or what?

5: If I play with multiple people (probably will be two), do we do the ritual at the same time? Do we need two doors or can we knock on the same door?

6: Does the door HAVE to be wooden?

    Thanks for your answers!

Also, I don't want any answers like "Derp, this isn't real" or "Hurr, stop summoning demons and get a life", because THOSE AREN'T ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS. Thanks again! :)

  • Why is Anna Faris in every Scary Movie?

I was watching them back to back and I noticed that she has a role in every single one of them. Why is this? Does she write them, or do they just keep bringing her back?

  • Name of an old RPG game for computer? Please answer!?

I remember when I was younger, my brother downloaded a trial of this 3D game... it was like, you could play for 72 hours and that was it, but it was kind of an rpg style; you could customize your character at the start, and it was kind of old timey, like it was all swords and bows and magic. You could fish, get a companion (mine was always a cat or something) and kill monsters. You started in some sort of village that pretty much taught you how to play the game, then ventured into a cave and that's where the demo ended. I really enjoyed it and it's KILLING ME! I want to find the name so I can download it again! Thanks!

  • What is the name of this old school PC game?

I remember when I was in elementary school, which was probably around the early 2000's, we were allowed to play educational games in the computer lab. There was this one game that I loved, and I want to download it and play it but I cannot remember the name for the life of me. It was similar to Oregon Trail, as you stocked rations and supplies, but I think it was on the Amazon River or something. After you left the start point, you would sail down a river on a canoe, stopping to fish for food or rest. You could arrive at a forest where you could explore and take pictures of animals and record information about them. You could also stop at towns or villages and trade with the locals. I don't remember if there was any point to it other than exploring. First answer with correct game gets 5 stars! Thanks, guys!

  • Is it possible for a person to fight like those in the Street Fighter series?

Like, not shooting projectiles out of their hands or having flaming punches, but the flexibility and fighting. Take Cammy, for example. She's completely close range combat. Is it possible for someone to be able to execute a spiral arrow in real life? If so, how would one learn how to do so? Thanks :D

  • Question about odd and even symmetry in functions?

So, if a function's symmetry is across the y-axis, then it's even, and if it's about the origin, then it's odd. So basically, all functions with reflectional symmetry are even and all functions with rotational symmetry are odd? Or are there exceptions?

  • What would be some qualities of a demigod child of Apollo?

Like from the Percy Jackson series. Being musically and artistically gifted are no brainers, as are having precise aim, but what are some others? Since Apollo drove the chariot that pulled the day across the sky in some myths, would they be naturally good at driving vehicles? Thanks!
