Don't want to use my blender. Currently I use my food processor to shave ice then use blender to mix everything. Does a good job, but would prefer an all in one unit. Have seen them from $100-$250 and just wondering if anyone actually has one and if they r any good?

I have seen commercial ones for alot, but really want more of a shaved ice, blenders just don't cut it. Thanks!

I realize this is a broad question, but just want an idea of what to expect price wise ? I know the pros and cons of having an enclosed pool.

My account was broken into and all my gold was stolen and items sold or destroyed. After going into my mail box I began to push each key on the send mail tab. After typing the first letter most letters pulled up nothing, however a few pulled up a few unfamiliar names. I don't know these people. My question is...does anyone know if the names that pull up in the send mail tab when u begin to type someone you have sent mail to in the past. I can't explain a couple random names pulling up unless tha is the case. Please help if you know for sure. Thanks in advance.

I usually catch and release, but occasionally i like to bring home and eat. I throw fish on ice right away, but is there a good way to kill fish so they don't have to freeze their *** off for 6 hours or whatever in the cooler.

Ok, I've banged up my elbow and now have fluid in it. It does not hurt, but is wierd looking and feels weird on my armrest. Instead of going to a professional, can I stick a needle in there and draw it out. Is it a simple procedure? Will I hurt myself more. I dont have insurance and it seems like a lump w/ water.

I am in the process of setting up my first pond. So a lot of this is new to me. Although somewhat familiar w/ basics from seeing my dads and books.

My question, my pond will incorporate a 4200 gph submersible pump, skimmer and biological filtration. If my pump is on the bottom of pond will i need a pump at the bottom of my skimmer as well. Can this accomplish the same thing if it is located in an area where water will naturally flow to it. I plan to have a waterfall w/ a stream emptying into a pond about 2300g. I thought i might be able to locate the skimmer in an advantageous spot in the pond. Maybe allowing me to save on electricity. If not how big of a pump for skimmer box. Thanks

We are a small consulting business (myself and my girlfriend) but very reputable and established for quite sometime. We do a fair amount of mail order. We recently had one of our customers say they never received a package. We shipped by UPS ground to the address they specified. It was tracked as delivered and signed for. They say that person doesn't exist. They expect us to send out a new package to them. We did our part, they lost it.

This seems to happen fairly often, where someone will sign for it, then it gets misplaced. People almost always call back and say, our bad. It was misplaced.

What would you do? Spend the cost of the item plus a new s/h charge to replace this for them? or say sorry we did our part. We did fax confirmation of delivery BTW

This is for voice overs and such. I'm trying to find the proper size pictures I should use so they don't look distorted. If it matters I am editing this for NTSC format to be recorded to and played back on DVD players and Computer DVD drives. I started using random pictures off the net and most looked very distorted.

I paid alot for this pan. It was awesome for about the last year or so and no it recently started sticking. Everything use to slide out and I could basically wipe with a paper towel. It's not scratched at all. Is this normal?
