Is my best guy friend a jerk?

So almost a year ago I found out my two friends were sleeping together. She'ssin love with him and he just likes sex from her. Well I found out because they were having sex right next to me, while I was "asleep". I confronted them about it and they apologized and said it was just because we were all drunk. I let it go. We last September I asked if they were still sleeping together and he told me no. Asked her and she said yes. He said he only lied because she told him not to tell anyone. I didn't talk to him for 3 months. Well recently he's been trying to win back my friendship and has been doing a very good job of it. He's been asking me to stay the night (Oh btw they moved in together) and I say no because I don't want to even run into that situation again. But unfortunately I had to stay the other night because he drove me and lo and behold. They tried having sex while I was "asleep". I got up and went to the bathroom and they stopped. Besides his nighttime ritual he's been a really good friend to me. Do I give him another chance or do I drop him? How can I get him to just be honest if they want to sleep together so I can leave.

Update: When I sleep over I sleep in his bed, but no we've never had sex and I don't have feelings for him. (pretty sure he doesn't have feelings for me either.)

Ok so I visited London and absolutely fell in love with it. Long story short I'll be moving over here once the details of my job fall in line. About how much am I looking at spending for the initial move? Also where is the best place to live on a £200 (ish) budget, I want a place that is pretty safe as I'm a single woman. There's this girl I met about two years back. We didn't keep in great contact, we talked occasionally. She lives in upstate NY I moved back down to Florida. (I was on long Island.) anyway about a year or so ago she said she was looking to move into the city in the next few years. And I said I was too. Long story short a year passed and I said I was finally able to move in with her. What I'm finding now is that she's on disability and she may not be able to afford the rent. Also disability told her she can only work a few hours a week. I just REALLY feel the hat she's grossly underestimating moving out for the first time. My mom had a bad feeling about it and I'm starting to have a bad feeling. I found another girl to move with, one who is SUCH a hard worker and I've known for longer and I know better. I'd like to go ahead and move in with her instead. What should I say to the first girl.

Ok so I got my cartilage piercing done about 6 weeks ago, and they told me I can change it at 8 weeks. Well I'm impatient so when I saw these perfect earrings for me today I brought them and tried them on when I got home. I wasn't going to leave them in I just wanted to see how they looked. Now there was no time for the piercing to close, but the earring wouldn't go through to the back. Is there a chance the new one is too big? I can put the starter stud in just fine, but the new ring doesn't fit. Help what should I do?

Mrs. White - she's the ex-wife of a millionaire and is a very anxious, woman who uses men.

Mrs. Peacock - she's weird. Just weird. She's like a crazy cat lady minus the cats.

Professor plum - he's a very scholarly man. Smart, takes things very literally.

Mr. Green - has a huge crush on mrs scarlet. He's a bit of a ladies man/player.

Colonel mustard - he's a no nonsense kind of guy. He wants to find out who's stealing and do it as quickly as possible.

Ok so there's this going away party at a co-worker's house for me and another friend. we're both temporarily leaving because school is starting back up. Well my mom says i can't go because she doesn't know this person. She's always so paranoid that someone is gonna roofie me out something. (yes i know this does happen). anyways i connived her to let my brother pick me up. But she says she wants him to take me AND pick me up. Oh and on top of it she wants him to check the place out. Make sure nothing crazy is happening. That's SO embarrassing. Yes there will be done alcohol there because we have older co-workers. but if she finds out she'll go crazy. The thing is i don't drink. At all. and my brother isnt cool enough to not check the place out and report back to my mom. What can i do. This just sucks being a 20 year old...its pissing me off. Please don't say pay my brother off, and my mom isn't letting me ride with anyone.

I have a "black" er type of voice if that helps at all, but please don't think I don't want to only sing "black songs". I'll try anything.

So there's this guy I've been crushing on for 2years now. He goes to my college and he's a senior. (I'm a sophomore) we just had the closing of our play yesterday which means it's the seniors last play here at school and we all got very emotional. But I found it for sure yesterday that I don't just like him......I'm in LOVE with him and I don't want to see him go. I'm sure if he has those feelings towards me at all but should I tell him? What should I say if I do? I don't want to potentially lose him just because I was too scared to say anything.

Ok so this a little more complicated then the normal "I saw him first". A friend of mine ad I like the same guy. I've liked him longer, about a month or two longer. We've both liked him for going on 2 years now. She has been too afraid to just go for it, and I keep having friends who want him (but for selfish/just not good) reasons. So I back off for a while because I want to be a good friend for the, and I assumed my crush on him would just go away. Fastforward two years later and you have him single and my friend and I single. I don't have low self esteem or anything, but I just don't get guys. It just doesn't really happen that way. She can have any guy. Literally. Shes so beautiful and shes a nice girl, and she actually likes him for him. But now I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I'm tired of letting other girls go for him. I want my chance with him and we have wonderful conversations and I think he may like me, but now she's trying to go to his best friends to get in with him and I don't know what to do. I want to be happy for her because she deserves this, but I want to be happy too. What should I do?
