I have about a quarter sized lump in the right side of my chest. It's just to the right of the nipple. It's not visible but I can feel with my fingers and I hurts to touch.

I'm a 23yo white male. 190lbs. Don't smoke or drink. No other serious health problems except difficult breathing in the cold.

Can't afford to go to a clinic or hospital so any ideas from real doctors would be appreciated.

I live aboard on a houseboat and am thinking about getting a fish aquarium. I was thinking instead of the usual water recirculating system with filters, I could just put a thru hull in the bottom and pump water from outside and have an overflow for a drain. Very much like a live well for bait fish. Except I want colorful tropical fish. The idea is to have a minimal maintenance aquarium. Just looking for some additional ideas and opinions. It would be a saltwater aquarium with small fish. Local water temp averages about 80° or so.

So I went in a store a couple days ago and there's a girl that's been working there for a while now. I've always assumed she has a boyfriend. I'm in the store all the time. Anyway I went in and there's a now girl in there working with her. And I told the first girl, I thought the new one was really cute and she just kinda laughed.

So I go back today and they're both there again. I get my stuff and I go to check out at the new girls register and the first girl walks over and tells the new girl, she'll check me out instead.

So what's up with that?

Does she not want me to talk to the new girl cause she's interested in me?

Or does she not like the new girl and doesn't want me close to her just because of that?

She's always been really friendly with me when I go in but she doesn't flirt or anything like that.

There is the slight possibility that I could be overthinking this. But it's just really strange in any case.

I figure god may be a mental patient if we're all figments of his imagination.

What if the universe is all in gods head? I guess by biblical definition it would be. And maybe when the the therapist makes a breakthrough we get the apocalypse. What if life really is like the matrix? I hope this makes sense. Maybe we see the universe as infinite because we're looking in circles. I think people are afraid to ask questions because people will say they don't have faith or don't believe enough. But I think it's better to put bring your thoughts out of the box. I always think people should question what they're told or maybe even just look at it as metaphorically. Maybe the idea doesn't sound very realistic, but some people think no religious ideas are.

In a controlled environment of coarse, such as a hospital or other medical center. From what I've read a lot of people explain its like being stuck in a permanent dream or nightmare. I was just wondering what it'd be like for myself and if there was a safe way to do it. What are your thoughts? Are you curious? Would you try it?

I live in Florida and I want to know if I can take the driven test in a moped to get my license. Since its a motor vehicle and you do have to have a valid drivers license to operate one on the roads I don't see why not. Your thoughts?

There's a girl that works at the supermarket in my town. She's kinda cute but she's Cuban and doesn't speak any English and I don't speak much Spanish. I'm pretty sure she's interested in me though. It's still obvious when we flirt with each other though. So what's your thoughts on have a relationship with a language barrier. I think it would be fine cause most women don't really speak the same language as men anyway. Plus I don't think we could ever get in an argument. But maybe I'm just being optimistic. Your thoughts??

I have an iPod touch and yesterday I updated the Facebook app and the screen is now black and unresponsive. All my other apps work fine though. Is anybody else having this problem and if so how can I fix it?
