Yesterday we had to F11 our computer (on the advice of the currys helpline) as we had a virus, that has gone but now when we try to read certain stuff ...such as pages from Mail online we get, "Internet explorer cannot open the internet site"...and then we get the full web address, and then it says operation aborted with a big red cross.I thought it might be because we dont have Internet explorer 9 but it wont let me install this and I've spent the morning trying to install service pack one , so that I can install service pack two...and then internet explorer 9...blimey!...I'm just a girl...how do I put at least some of this right?...we have windows vista... thanks

If a person lives with another and both are not in work...and one person is entitled to income support - do both people have an entitlement to free prescriptions?

Or is it just the one person who is receiving income support/

I bought two black refilled cartridges but the printer wont accept them...keeps telling me to go to the lexmark site and buy lexmark ones...but now I cant afford it. Have tried to clear the printer's memory by turning off and on...hasn't worked. Looking back on answers here someone has said that insulating the chip might work...but...where is the chip on the cartridge - dont want to guess and make even more of a mess of this...thanks x

Hello, I've had Norton Internet security since 2008, I now have to renew and wonder if there's anything cheaper which will work just as well..I've got Microsoft vista firewalls that came with the computer, but these had to be turned off to get the Norton to work...help appreciated.. thanks x
