Hank has unilaterally,autocratically, and illegally repealed Section 382. He didn't inform congress, much less consult with lawmakers, about his astonishing usurpation of power.

I am so tired of hearing how well Mr. Bush responded to 9/11, and how we haven't been attacked since. It was over 40 years since America was attacked (WWII),although Hawaii was not a state yet. Wasn't this country founded partially by people who wanted to escape religious persecution? Than why does the Religious Right (which are neither)persecute those who don't agree with their doctrine? What are they so afraid of?

I think that any person who has put themselves in harm's way deserves the best this country can offer in return. I think their education should be totally paid for, and free health care for life.
