Did the Yahoo people used to work for the government? There is no other reason how to explain why supposed improvements make the mail system LESS easy to use, LESS intuitive and MORE irritating.

Our current cat (Del) is a small (8 lb.) male, 3-year-old shorthair black-and-white (and 'fixed'). His first two years, he lived with another owner who also had a much older and bigger female cat. Del is a content, playful, 99% indoor cat, but fearful of strangers. We are thinking of getting a second cat to keep him company while we are away during the day.
We plan to adopt from the local APL. Would a female be a better choice?
