2 AnswersMedicine1 decade agoBack deformity and dancing?
Hello! So I know this sounds a little ridiculous, but I have a lower back deformity but I love to dance so Im taking a bunch of classes. My question was though if you've just started dance is it normal to be sore in your back area after dance? Like in ballet we were doing back attitudes and we have to assist each other by putting our legs as high as we can get them and they put mine pretty far up, and also I did a c jump so i was just wondering if its normal to be sore after activities like these?

I was also wondering if Iowa was a "racist state" or if she was saying this to hopefully convince me to stay in state.
