Would this be beneficial? If on weight training days I ate high calorie and carb for muscle building and strength, and on cardio and off days low calorie and low carb for fat burning? You know what I mean? This is opposed to a traditional bulking and cutting cycle.

i think i plugged in a connection wrong on my motherboard, and I went to start it up, the leds and fans flickered on, and then shut off. now it won't start at all. what the hell, can something be fried? I'm extremely worried.

I just installed a Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro onto my mobo. before with the stock cooler i was running Idle temp of 55C, now it idles at about 45C. this is still really hot, and should it not have gone lower? what's the deal

My computer runs under load at about 70C and idle at 58C. This is very high, so I've been told replacing the heatsink should help remedy this. Any ideas on this? and the difficulty of doing this? I don't have a great deal of space in my case, so I don't know what kind of heatsink will fit best. I'm totally n00b to this.

My DVD/RW Drive in my computer will play a dvd, or a game or whatnot. but sometimes it just kind of freezes, and makes this ticking noise. A kind of clicking. This happens when I'm playing a DVD. It is incredibly annoying. At first I thought it was the hard-drive but it can't be. Any experience with this?

I just purchased a Zune 120 Gig a day ago, plugged it in and synced over 100 gigs of my music (took about 6 hours). It was working fine until now. It freezes whenever I change to another artist and song, and I have to wait, plug it in and reset it. What can I do? I'd rather not erase and sync all of my music again, but I might have to.
