The lead singer was black, if not the entire band. It was rock but the lead singer screamed a bit too by saying 'whoaaaaa' think some of the lyrics were about being tough or gangsta or something, possibly mentioned waiting for his moms car. it was a music video i remember. and thats all i can remember... any help? been trying to remember this for weeks now

I live in Michigan. I have a condo on the fourth floor out of twenty nine. This is now the second time my condos kitchen has flooded. Water just starts to rise in the sink, then if you don't see it right away it floods! The first time I only realized it because the smell (happened at 3am). The first time I did not file any insurance claims or anything. Now though this is the second time I've been flooded and the maintenance guy has had to call a professional plumber so they could work on it. This flooding is not from MY unit. I have a drain trap in the sink, pour grease in a container and every week run hot water down the drain for half an hour with degreaser soap (that's what the first plumber said would be good maintenance). The maintenance engineer said it floods due to 1) being on a lower floor and 2) because the type of unit I am in the pipes curve a lot apparently (there is one unit below me but then the pipes have to curve over because under us is a two story atrium). Anyways I read my condo by laws and it states that they cover things inside the walls, not surfaces or drywall inside a condo. Does

this mean I file this as a claim against my insurance not the condominiums? Even though the damage (one wooden cabinet and wood floor panels sporadically in the kitchen and living room area) is all due to the piping issues outside of my condo which then came into my unit?

Has anyone had their ovaries frozen before a full hysterectomy, its being done in less than a month so no time to harvest eggs, can you just take the whole ovary out and freeze it?

I'm running windows 7. This just started to happen in the last month or so. I've turned it off that it wont automatically run the updates, but because I did that, now IE wont run g-mail, instead it keeps saying it recovered a tab and then that it couldn't be recovered and gets an error screen. Then my MSN instant messenger when I try to run it says it has stopped working correctly and that windows is going to try and fix it or close it. Anyone else having this issue? Anyone know how to fix it?

I woke up to a terrible smell, wandered out to the kitchen to step in water, the kitchen sink overflowed (hadn't used the sink the entire day if that matters at all) it has a garbage disposal, i did the disposal and it brought the water down mostly, and then when it was empty, it filled up quickly with enough water to fill the drainage hole and just barely some. tried boiling water down the pipe, tried draino stuff, after i did this a couple times trying to get it all out it filled up again with about an inch of water. please help? being its in the middle of the night I havent called a plumber yet.

She is maybe 2 years old now, she is strictly an indoor cat, she has only been out of the house since I got her maybe once. I live in a complex and its just not possible to let her outside. She has three cat 'houses/trees' plus she uses the sofa, coffee tables, bed, dining table, and anything else she sees fit as a toy. She has tons of toys from the pet store, scratching posts on all of the cat trees, she steals things as toys as well (coins, the plastic that is on the milk containers up top, twist ties). During the day shes usually calm, but come 3-4-5-6 am, which I am still up at those times, she becomes very hyper, she sprints through the house, she sits in front of the mirrors on my closet and scratches at it, or looks out the window and scratches the window, when I sit in bed I can hear things falling from her in the living room or kitchen. I play with her daily, the dog plays with her during the day as well, but it just seems that at night she finds it necessary to start behaving badly. Why?

It starts I would say every 5-10 minutes or so, and goes on for 2-3 minutes, and then stops. Its not just the fan or anything, because i can hear it blowing air throw sometimes and its silent almost, but it does these real loud noises, where I can literally not even hear the TV or be on the phone in the room. What is the noise from? How can I make it stop?

I live on the fourth floor so I can't access the outside grille and don't think its clogged or anything on the outside. I've cleaned the air filters etc.

I'm trying to find a book I read back in 5th grade. I don't remember the title, I do remember the cover art that was on it. We read it at a Christian school that I went too. The artwork on it looked a bit like it was a watercoloring, there was a swastika in the middle of the cover art. It was a picture that had a lot of oranges in it, like it was the sunsetting possibly in it. If I recall it wasn't set in Germany, but rather possibly poland.

I know thats not a lot to go on, but I was hoping maybe someone might recognize it. It was a fictional story, main character was a boy not a girl. I know it wasn't set in a large city, but rather the country.

I just finished the Road, and I was wondering if anyone had input on the ending. The father dies, from a mix of the cough he's had the whole film, along with possibly the injury from the arrow, and starvation/exhaustion. The other man comes up saying they have been following - when he is introduced to the family, the woman seemed to be in extreme distress about what the boys situation was, which is why I'm assuming they followed. Was it because they feared for the boy, from the man (who was his father)? Because at the 'beginning' it doesn't seem the man is extremely ill, that someone who is observing from afar would be able to notice. So do they think that this is possibly is not the boys father and in fear for the boy? I was confused on this. Also, did anyone else feel a bit annoyed at the 'following family'? It seems that the father and son found a great shelter, but the dog and family came looking for the boy, and caused the father to spook from paranoia. So it seems a bit of the downfall of the father and son, was because this family decided to follow them.

Was I the only one that felt like that about the 'follwoing family'? And if anyone can give input on whether or not they followed in fear of the boys father dying and being alone, or was it just for the boy and not at all the father?

Does a dog with a 'in training' badge showing its a service animal, have the same right to go into a store as a regular service animal? I saw a local grocery store give a person a problem because the dogs vest said in training, saying it wasn't allowed because it wasn't a proper service animal. Is this true?

It isn't really that I care about myself more either, because I don't. I care about animals, that can get me emotional, and older people as well, I usually end up with a feeling of sympathy when I see older people. But when it comes to friends or something, and they say how terrible something is in life, I just sit there and say to myself, "I really could care less."

I have gone through a lot of trauma in my life, and I'm not sure if that's related to how I feel, because this has been something that has been going on with me for the most of my life, 10+ and 20 presently.

When I'm with people, I show no emotion. Only when I'm alone is it that I feel emotional.

Not sure if its just 'me', or a mix of me and my medications (prozac, sequel, xanax, trazodone and others), or am I just off compared to others?

For example, I was at a drive-thru where a homeless man came up to my window and proceeded to beg for change, I said no, I don't have any cash, I'm using a card. He then sees my dog sitting on the floor and goes through this spiel of how humans care more for animals than people. I just wanted to yell that he was right and to leave me alone already. But its true, for me at least, I felt no real pity for this man.

My fiance and I lost our son about a year ago to SIDS, he was just over four months old. We both have wanted to have another child but as time goes on I'm not sure how well I would cope with having another child and the possibilities of losing them. I also was reading about what people called 'ghost children', a child born after one was lost from a miscarriage or SIDS or etc, and how they behave. Most said that children become very competitive because they feel like they are in competition with the child that was lost. As well as depression for having a sibling they never will get to meet. Are you a child like this and have any feelings, or a parent dealing with a child like this. I obviously would never want to hide our sons mementos of his life from our other child, but is it best to not really communicate that they have a lost sibling?

Please no replies unless you've experienced losing a child, or are a child who had a former sibling that was lost as a newborn from SIDS or miscarriage.

Next couple of monthes I will start having SRS, FTM, phalloplasty and everything that goes with it. So I was told by my surgeon, it will be done over the course of a year, multiple surgeries. Most of which require a week or two in the hospital, then more time recooperating at home. So it would be a long-term medical leave, not short term? I was trying to figure out what others said to their employers when doing this. Any suggestions?

I usually use my laptop wirelessly and when looking at the network property and etc, I see that I am either at 54 mbps or 56 mbps, with an 'excellent' range of full bars. Since my router recently went down, and I am now connected to my modem through an ethernet cable, its up to 100 mbps. Is there anyway when I am wireless to increase it to 100 mbps? Im not positive exactly how my input it 54/56 mbps wirelessly and 100 mbps connected unless thats from my internet service? Could someone please explain this a little to me? Because honestly, my laptop battery is dead anyways, so since I can't afford a new one (buying a new battery for this seems to almost be the same price of a new laptop) it just stays plugged in. Should I just look into moving my modem into my bedroom and buying a longer ethernet cable and just using it so I have the full 100 mbps?

Police talked to my girlfriends parents and told them that I was transgender ftm, the father and lawyer who is the uncle, did not know. I know gender identity disorder is listed as a medical disorder, my transgender status was irrelevant. Is there any legal way to do something over this?

I paid 70 dollars to have a towing company come out and change my tire because right now physically I can not. The tire that was changed, will not roll. It rolls like a few inches and then stops? Any clue why? The company wont refund my money and they said to come out I had to pay 50 more dollars.

If all your paper work says your 'new gender' except a birth certificate, and you can get married without showing the birth certificate, would the wedding still be legal?

Has anyone signed an affidavit of parentage, as the opposite of their biological sex, after transitioning. Is this legal? FtM signing as father, of child that was just born to fiance. Is it legal for him to sign it? He was going to sign it after he has fully transitioned (all papers state legal male, except birth certificate, which will change in less then a year after completing a phalloplasty.) If anyone has gone through this issue, or thought about it and found any answers, I would appreciate input.

In the case of being stuck in a car, due to a blizzard or something, is it safe to light candles? I know they have those candles that last for like 120 hours and etc, and are for like survival packs and etc, but is that safe to light in a car? Candles ranging from tea lights, to survival candles? I'm under 21, shes over 21. Not looking for a bar or anything as she can't drink or anything. What is a nice place to go out too? I was looking into a play, opera, comedy club, concert, or even just a museum or movie. Anyone have any good comments on what is happening in the next two weeks. Also a nice restaurant, doesn't have to be extremely fancy as this is a casual outing, but something nice.
