I was just researching about the dead "sleeping" when I found these 2 verses:

Matthew 9:24 He said unto them, Give place: for the maid is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn.

John 11:11 These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep.

We always learned that Lazarus was raised from the dead, yet John 11:11 refers to him as "sleeping"

so if it means the same, why in Matthew 9:24 is the maid considered sleeping and not dead? It implies there was a difference between the two

i just read the FAQ regarding Yahoo Photos closing down this fall...several alternative sites were listed to transfer our photos to..I have ALOT of photos in my albums meant to be shared with other 360 users...are any of the other sites going to be visible on our page? I know Flicker is right now, but will it remain on our page? Is Flicker the only site we can use to have our photos accessed from our 360 page? Even if you don't know the answer, could you at least tell me which site you would recommend as the best? Here are the choices:Flickr, Kodak Gallery, Shutterfly, Snapfish, and Photobucket

(I currently use Photobucket for blog pics because its very user friendly..but ultimately i need to transfer my albums to whichever one is going to show on our page :)

I wanted to ask this Q previously, but in light of the pet food recalls, i need to know more so now than ever!

My 2 cats always have dry food, and I give them each a can of food in the evenings...my older cat is finnicky so I have been giving him canned tuna for awhile now..I was curious if this was a safe alternative to cat food...are there any long term repercussions to feeding them tuna? I haven't noticed any problems so far...and the price of a can of tuna is almost equal to a can of cat food!

P.S. Cutting out the canned food is NOT an option! The pets are spoiled and have come to expect this! They even let me know if it gets too late in the evening and i haven't given it to them yet! LOL

I returned some hamburger to the store because I thought it had bones in it. After I got back home with the new hamburger, I started mixing my meatloaf and wtf? this one has bones in it too?

Thats when I discovered what I "thought" were bones was actually large bits of dried ONIONS from the soup mix!!! LMAO I hope the store manager never figured it out! I would have went back just to set things straight, but I was beyond embarrassed!
