I have always had an hourglass figure but i have embarrassingly big thighs and a small bit of puppy fat on my tummy. I am going on a bikini holiday with some girlfriends in June and I was wondering if anyone knew any good tips on how I could shift some fat... Like I said before, I'm happy with my body but I would just like to become a little slimmer.

And I am 14 so I can't take any of these tablets or drinks....

I have been best friend with this girl for years and then all of a sudden, she's left me for another girl (lets call her A, for times sake)...When I tried to talk to her about it, she says that her new 'best friend' (A) has problems at home..... I was chatting to a mate and he said that the 'problems at home' were caused by A!!! Now my *best* friend says that I should have lunch and spend more time with A... She knows I don't want to talk to her! Now on Facebook, all they do is put photos of the two of them having a great time and telling each other that they are best friends!!

I have tried to talk to her three times........ Every time ended in me crying my eyes out ;(

Yet after this... She still says that I'm her bestest friend and she likes me more than her other friend...

I don't want to end our friendship because if all the great memories we have had...
