Geek!, reached the magic number of 60 which qualifies me for inclusion in the group here to for known as "Geeks". Nursing a new right knee replacement in April of 09, slowing me down but still hit the gym 5 or 6 times a week. In recovery mode, love the sun, biking, walking, free weights. Served honorably in the U.S.M.C. during the Vietnam war, assinged to a C.A.P. unit. My current interests are varied.
I am using an injectabe form of meloxican in Mexico?
I have a bad knee, no carltiage, been using ibuprofen for many years and came to Mexico and found an anti inflammatory that is injected rather than pill form which was killing my stomach. Anyone know of any side effects of this medication besides not using alcohol which not a problem. I inject myself every 3rd day and get relief from the severe pain on a bone on bone knee situation. I am scheduled to have the knee replaced in April. Feed back on the medication Meloxican please.

I'm in good physical shape, been running most of my life but simply wore out the right knee. I don't plan to run again but hope to resume an active lifestyle as soon as possible after the operation. tell me about you experience.. I've had my right knee scoped 4 times, pain is really what pushed me to have the operation.
