Need help with plugging in my security camera to work on PC?

Ok, I bought a rim from a website http://www.thewheelconnection.com/ for my mercedes benz. I bought it on July 8th or 14th, 2009. I paid $375 for that one rim. It was suppose to come in a week or two. It never came. I called them a couple of times, email them, but they didn't just care. So I waited for another week, and then started reporting the site as false advertising. I did it to couple of different websites, but nothing turned out to work. I never got the wheel, or the $375 back.
Please, if someone can help me. Only serious answers please. If you can please provide me with a website or someone to call, I would be really thankful.
