Are spacers necessary after getting my braces removed?
Like I've had my spacers ever since like two years when I got my braces on. I think the orthodontist just left it there. Like when they removed my braces they didn't remove the spacers. Are they longer necessary after the removal of braces? If nor then how do I remove them?
