I need to choose PTDE course for me to use to teach my daughter. I can find nothing on the web that ranks the courses or suggest which additional study materials are worth the cost. All I can find is one study comparing PTDEs to traditional Drivers Ed courses and material from the courses themselves.

I'm 49 yrs old and I gained about 40 lbs over the last couple of years. I started exercising about 3 months ago. So far I've only lost about 18 lbs. I have been trying to get back into running. I have completed two 10Ks but I have walked more than run. My last time was 1hr. & 22 min. I can't seem to run more than a mile without walking and my heart rate is still too high when I exercise. I'm still 220 which is about 40 lbs overweight. When I started I could run almost 1/2 a mile and could walk 3 to 5.

I received the funds via transfer from my ex as part of the divorce settlement. We owned a home together so I don't qualify as a new home buyer and I am under 59 1/2. I have resigned myself to paying the taxes on withdrawal but is there any way to avoid the penalty.

I have heard that the federal excise tax on diesel is a few cents higher than gasoline and there may be a few cents difference in distribution costs but there is no premium in refining costs and they both come from the same barrel of oil. So why is diesel as much as 75% higher at the pump. Where is the extra dollar a gallon going?

I sold my ICF reit a few months ago which was good timing I had made over 100% return in the last few years. The real estate market is still good in Texas and many other moderately priced areas of the country. Its the Northeast, West Coast and other million dollar home markets that are the problem.

Patricia Cornwell is one of my favorite authors. Kay Scarpetta is a great character. The early novels are the best PostMortem, All that Remains, From Potter's Field etc. I imagine someone like Annette Benning or Diane Lane as Scarpetta and a Dennis Franz type as Moreno.
