ive had my braces on for about 3 months and will need them for about 13-18 months longer. any tips or ideas on how to make sure i keep my teeth clean and keep them from getting stained? it may be a short time, but i love chocolate, soda, coffee, things i really shouldnt be eating/drinking with braces on. anything you have to say will help. thx! =]
