I'm moving to Iowa and I'll be bringing my cat. I was wondering if there's any law that says he has to be up to date on his rabies shot before he enters the state. His shot just expired and I was hoping that I could get it there after I get there and not before I leave. Does anyone know where I can find this out? Thanks.
